Pros

This program for the most part is easy to use. Has tons of ways to keep track of your client like social media, anniversary, birthdays, pet names etc. The gmail integration is one of the main reasons we went with this product. All the emails between client, lender, other agents related to this transaction shows up in the client notes.

Cons

The one thing I would like to see added to this product is the ability to share all client info with a team member. My partner can not simultaneously look at the same client, attachments etc. My partner and I work together on every deal and it’s important that she can log in and make notes, add attachments etc to the same client folder that I have in my account. Right now this is not an option with this platform. I can share a client but attachments etc does not transfer.

Ease of entering information - looks like they update the features, ability to connect tenants to property

Cons

When you import the contacts, it puts a comma in front of the contacts, can't get rid of it.

Relatively easy to import contacts from google Contacts and other places and lots of onboarding or webinar resources. I think they do a great job.

Pros

The Wise Agent is a great CRM and helps get you organized to do conssitent follow up with you contacts and leads. The ability to have customized drip campaigns is important to me but just geting my contacts into one place is invaluable.

Cons

Some integration was not available or for an extra fee like automated text reponse - not necessary but I'd heard about other features that would be nice. Nothing that will take away from my opinion of Wise Agent as a stellar product.

Pros

Very easy to use. They've built a great product for realtors. From marketing to new clients to tracking the transaction; this software is well thought out with very few hiccups.

Cons

I'm still having trouble getting the sync'g between my phone contacts and Wise Agent.

Pros

It's fairly easy to use for our assistant and to customize the newsletters provided.

Cons

It doesn't integrate with everything (which is the problem with EVERYTHING)

I am able to follow my clients and see the previous conversation each time I call. I am able to email and text my clients as needed.

Cons

I have difficulty to transfer addresses to fit the format to send out postcards through Vista Print.

I have been a customer for close to 2 years and still have not gotten into using this program. I would like some guidance to get more familiar with the benefits of this program. I could definitely use a CRM, but have not had time to get educated in Wise Agents use.

Pros

It is priced reasonably.

Cons

Not sure how to use it.

Wise Agent lets me controll perfectly my commercializing business. I am more than satisfied with the software and would recommend everyone using it.

Pros

The software is very complete and integration with other supporting platforms is great. The 24h support of the software is amazing. Always helpful and very quick in resolving issues.

Cons

What I least like about it is mainly caused by the fact I am not based in America and most integrations are based on the american market.

The support out of the gate was excellent. However the best support in the world can't make up for poor functionality.

Pros

I was introduced to the software through a blog post. The writer was talking about the use of mass txt messaging. At the time my CRM didn't have that function. I also liked the fact the mobile version of the site worked - and in the end I found that I actually just used the full site on my mobile device which was very handy.

Cons

I have found adding items to the calendar function clunky. And I've found that trying to make calls from the contact area can be a challenge. So I have reverted to using Google Calendar and Contacts. Also, I found the editor in the mass email section disappointing. I'm at the point of switching back to my original CRM.

How many leads I need to review! This software interfaces with Google, and I have thousands of leads. A nice problem to have.

The best!

Pros

It is easy to use. It does everything I want and more. The price is great BUT the best thing is the customer service. So easy to get answers to any questions. That is the biggest selling point. I have had three other CRMs before this one including Top Producer. I never got much out of to producer because I didn't understand how to use it's advanced features and there wasn't anyone who could show me.

Cons

I don't have one. I don't need the super duper techie stuff.

This is a great entry level CRM. Our team has enjoyed using it for now. It's very reasonably priced and it's doing everything it needs to for now. Honestly, Wise Agent's best feature is the Fusion Transaction Manager.

Pros

We love the transaction manager! It's the heart and soul of our business. Everything about is awesome! Also the customer support is SUPERB! Anytime we need something, we can call and get our questions answered immediately!

Cons

This software is not very user friendly. We've spent MANY hours learning how to use it. The interface looks outdated - could use a makeover. The integrations with Facebook, MailChimp, and BombBomb still need so refining. Not very user friendly. Some functionality commands don't really seem to work either, especially when dealing with checklists (i.e. cannot delete checklists from lists).

The only con worth noting is that the generic articles and look for the email marketing pieces are out dated and the process of getting contacts added and moved from one piece to another could use some work to make it easier and faster and more automated.

the Database component is a good way for us to track our clients. There are still plenty of customization options for the checklists.

Pros

I like being able to customize checklists and apply the templates

Cons

Lately, there have been changes that are a little frustrating. As they try to improve the technology, things change for the negative. Example is that the checklist now fits inside a small window on the transaction page and you have to scroll thru the big list of to-dos in a small window. It used to be that you could see the entire checklist on the page. This is frustrating. Also, I wish I could add calendar categories. We mainly use the hotlist and nothing else... I'd love to be able to have one color code for Inspections and one for Repair deadlines and one for closings, etc.

Easy transaction management, great client database, ability to design your own transaction checklists, and great marketing materials and emails with options for snail mail marketing.

Pros

Ease of use, I get answers quickly with their 24-hour live support, great marketing tools including monthly newsletters. It's easy to track all my correspondence with my clients and any of their transaction contacts!

Cons

They only have a monthly payment plan with no option to purchase the platform at a discounted price.

I like that I can send pictures and they put them up so I can use it in a newsletter. I also like that they are very helpful considering I qualify myself as a techno tard. I like that if they do an upgrade, it doesn't interfere with the functionality that is comfortable for me.

Pros

To be honest, I am really not that tech savvy to be able to comment, but I will say that I like the fact that I can do the simple things I want to do without jumping through a ton of hoops to do it, and if I need help to do something, the support staff is always there. Always helpful

Cons

I can't say there isn't anything I dislike about it at this time.

### "You get what you pay for"

Customer support is friendly and I have always found them helpful. The CRM platform is limited, however you get what you pay for. Sending email blasts was straightforward. The client notes are kept on a separate page so you tend to be jumping back and forth between pages which I found cumbersome and not an efficient way to work. I'd rather have everything on one page and just scroll down to see what I need.

Pros

The price. One of the least expensive CRM's available. It allowed me to do mass email blasts.

Cons

I found the platform to be cumbersome to use. I would prefer that all information on a lead, including notes, were on one page and not spread over two pages to you are needing to jump from one to the other. Also, it would not export my contact notes when I tried to export my CRM, even though according to WiseAgent it should be possible to include notes. One of their support team tried doing it, and even after telling me the client notes were included in the file they sent me, they actually weren't.
