Cons

Many times when retrieving a contact and does not come up. When I try to go back in and set up the contact again it then tells me it already exists?? That's the one thing I find very frustrating with WA

### "Robust but not the easy to figure out"

It offers a lot of options which is why I still have it but I'm only able to figure out how to use about 1% of it.

Pros

I like all the options it offers and it is robust

Cons

It is not intutitive. Still don't know how to email out of it. I'm so slammed I don't have time to figure stuff out. I have a virtual marketing assistant that I had go through video trainings. Need step by step check lists so I can follow directions when I'm doing something. Can't find those.

I know that I can personally call with any issues or problems I have and I will receive a call back within a short time to have someone assist me in resolving my issues or questions.

Pros

I like the simplicity to get things done to keep track of my clients and the ease of sending out through the soft marketing approach for my client's special events throughout their lives.

Cons

I didn't find anything in their software program that I didn't like.

Pros

I really like the team access aspect of this software. Its very helpful to have access to people like your TC, Lender and say general contractor leave pertinent notes and information without have to pay a seat for each user

Cons

very flexible and effective. Cosmetically is can use some enhancing with more up to date dashboard. However, it is a very simple by design CRM for the newbie to the veteran

Pros

I can track my clients. I can create marketing. gmail connects to it

Cons

There is a recent change about how many emails per day can go out....I am still trying to work this out.

Easy to use and navigate! Nothing fancy, but I like the simplicity.

Cons

Newsletter templates are a bit basic and would be nice if they had more real estate content.

I use this for Real Estate broker follow up and it helps me keep track of notes and when to contact everyone.

Pros

The program tracks everything and is easy to use. I like how the follow up system works as well. It also integrates with my video email program very easily. I have used other systems but this system is much easier to use, more cost effective and performs as it is supposed to.

Cons

I really do not have anything negative to say about it.

Reason for choosing Wise Agent

After seeing the demo it looked like the best value.

Very nice.

Pros

Looks nice. The product looks slick, but is hard for many to use.

Cons

Ease of use - not so easy. Forms should be easier to use. Many people don't know what all the different containers are for and how to use them in creating newsletters and emails. I think this could be simplified.

Pros

Everything that I can think of needing, it has been thought of and is available for use.

Cons

Some of the names that they call a subject I don't usually use myself. Like "new contacts" are called leads in some areas or "check lists" are found under "transactions." ect.

Overall it really does what you need it to for cheap. I Like it.

Pros

This software is like 1999 Toyota, she aint pretty but she does everything you need her to. Love the commission tracker and the checklists, makes our job easy as long as we update consistently.

Cons

Many features, some are kinda clunky like the automated newsletter, they just arnt nice enough for us to really use so we make them outside of the software.

One of the best thing about Wiseagent has been their customer service. I have been able to call on the weekends, nights and I get a live person the majority of the time and they really walk me through every issue or sometime curiosity on how to do something.

Pros

I'm still learning the system, haven't found anything that sicks out to me yet.

Cons

I like least that I can't look up the spouse, I have to know the primary name. I like least that I can't send out emails to each person separately. I like least that I have to save after every field when inputting the address.

I would recommend it to anyone if they don’t have a CRM and marketing platform already.

Pros

The robust features made it very attractive to me and I liked the platform interface. Price was very competitive to others out there.

Cons

There were integrations that I wanted but they didn’t have it. Others were add-on costs and I didn’t want to spend that much in a CRM

Pros

What I like most is the ability to right notes about each client for future use for anyone on my team. I also love the email reminder system.

Cons

At times Its hard to figure out new features efficiently, but customer service helped with any difficulties.

It’s a good product that just needs to have a few issues resolved.

Pros

I like the clean interface that hasn’t been over designed. I like the integration with Zapier and Google products.

Cons

I don’t like how I have to delete my Google Calendar and reinstall it every time I need it to synchronize with Google. My Gmail contacts also doesn’t seem to update regularly, I noticed yesterday that they have not updated since July.

Keeping the process of listing and selling homes moving.

Pros

You can tailor this program to meet your needs which is great. They have an app and it can be used on all devices.

Cons

The look is older looking. It needs to be more current and easier looking. There is a lag probably because it is real-time online. There needs to be some updates with the way you enter contacts and vendors so you don’t have to answer twice.

I think they are on to something terrific - however its just a fact there are too many hands into every agents pocket.

Pros

I like the way it works with Zip Forms. Its always available when I need to log in online.

Cons

I don't like the import functionality - I spend too much time retyping client information. I also don't think they have a way to export all my work if I choose to stop paying money each month. That really makes the case for me creating my own effort in excel or creating a small Database.

I really wanted to subscribe and do the landing page and try to get my other 2 team members onboard. But if I cant get it going, I know they wont be able to. So, it has not solved my problems. The program is clunky and needs to be more streamlined and explained better. As my trial comes to an end, I have more questions than I did before.

Pros

I like the price point and the integrations you have and the customer service availability.

Cons

The training videos are extremely poor. They appear to be geared more towards someone who already knows your system as opposed to someone trying to learn it and get a feel for if it will work in only 14 days. The other trails for CRMs we have done have been at least 30 days, so this is a problem. The videos need to be redone and more thorough an explanation and walkthrough so that I dont have to call in to customer service constantly to help. That makes trying to learn it futile and time consuming.

I have used this program for over 15 years and the program just keeps evolving. They are always keeping up with the latest technology and synergy with other programs that may come up.

Pros

I like how easy it is to use and how it works with every real estate program out there. If you have a good idea they are always open to add it if it makes sense. Their customer service is fantastic. They are always helpful.

Cons

There’s nothing I don’t like about this program.

It's such an easy way to keep in touch with clients and customers.

Pros

I love its simplicity. Also, when you call for customer support, help is immediate and they take suggestions for their product seriously. Years ago, I suggested that they add "Home Anniversary" date and they added that immediately. They pay attention to their customers!

Cons

I can't think of a single thing that I don't like about the software.
