Pros

It is very easy to use, and has a ton of functions!

I am contacting past clients and leads easier and able to implement unique marketing and lead capture strategies with your software.

Pros

I've already taken advantage of the landing pages and implemented them into my marketing by attaching them to QR codes for flyers, my business cards and also really like the campaigns and newsletters.

Cons

I really do wish there was a dedicated mobile application for IOS and Android available. I understand that there is a web based app, but I do feel that it is overall very clunky and limited with functionality. I have been in sales for 15+ years and for the majority of that time, I have been used to working with a dedicated mobile app on the CRM I was asked to use at the time. This was very helpful for quick inputs and other actions. I really wish that WiseAgent would consider implementing this. It's the one thing that not making me 100% sold on it and forcing me to consider possibly keeping my options open in the future. Otherwise it might be the perfect CRM.

Once I learned the parts of the program that I use, it has been a very good tool in my belt for keeping up with my clients and sphere.

Pros

It gets the job done at a reasonable price. Support is responsive to our challenges.

Cons

The learning curve. The layout is not intuitive for me and I do not do well with videos and webinars. They are either too fast or not meeting my needs. I like an prefer one on one instruction.

Pros

It’s easy to use and has a lot of great features such as the transaction checklists

Cons

I wish there was a way for a team to share checklists easily so that for certain transactions they can each “check off” to do list items and share notes. It would be nice for them to auto appear once someone has created it and chosen to “share” it.

Wise Agent was an ok platform for me while transitioning from basic CRMs. They have tools that assist with lead generation. It took a little time to work through the tutorials and configurations.

Pros

The cost is fairly low if grouped into a company rate. The landing pages for marketing also a great feature.

Cons

The designing and configuration of templates is not that user friendly. A lot of features are ala carte, so the final pricing could wind up being equal or more than some other options.

Importing should allow you to move only the clients I need and not my entire google contacts.. took me forever to figure out how to get old out and only keep the new clients..

I'm switching from wise agent to another CRM that can provide the necessary support needed

Pros

I have no pros to report. I recent obtain the program and I'm canceling my subscription today.

Cons

Wise Agent was recommended through my coaching program and the experience was not the best. I requested assistance and the in speaking with \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] for an overview of the product was not helpful at all. After going through a few of the tabs. I left more confused. I asked if there was a way for me to training on how to use the software it was suggested YouTube. If I'm going to purchase the software my expectation is to get the necessary support so that I can utilize it to run my business as a real estate agent successfully.

Quite often, I have relatively poor customer service and it takes a long time for a response. Issues like not being able to recall the flyers that I have already created have gone unresolved.

Pros

What the product aspires to do would be amazing if it actually worked.

Cons

Most of the things that are use the product for do not work properly… I often get error messages when trying to reopen already created flyers. I find most of the features to be cumbersome and not particularly user-friendly… I am in the process of migrating back to top agen I find most of the features to be cumbersome and not particularly user-friendly… I am in the process of migrating back to Top Producer.

It speeds up communications with clients via bombbomb integration and lets me go into the zip platform with one click

Pros

Easy interface than the major brand I had used for over 14 years. LOVE that it syncs with Ziplogix platform and Bombbomb. Love the landing page feature.

Cons

Hard to enter and track transactions. Would love one button to see all referrals

Top Producer was never really updated. Bulky add on features did not sync well. Wise Agent much easier to use and fresher looking interface, easier to use which makes it a pleasure to use and makes me want to go in and update clients and reach out to them.

wish I had more time to sit and learn all the options, it is a great program and I feel that I could benefit a lot more by learning to use it. What I do use is easy to use. Customer service is excellent. Newsletter and some drip are in Spanish also, very helpful. You can send a text with attached picture to your database too.

easy to use overall, use the calendar , love that they finally have consistent newsletters in English and Spanish, categories work great for me. New texting of pictures

Cons

none, I like it all. I would like more options in Spanish for my clients

I am finally communicating with my clients through a CRM. I think their system is great and highly recommend it to everyone.

Pros

I have searched for many CRMs to cover everything I need it to do and WiseAgent is the one that covers the most. I can add team members. I can do drip campaigns. I can set reminders and track sales. I can text and so much more. Their customer service is phenomenal! Very helpful! I can integrate my wise agent with so much else. I really have not found a better CRM to use.

Cons

There really is nothing I don't like. I just send in a request and they help me. I truly feel if I found something I didn't like that they would be hands on to see if it is something that would make the system better and probably change it.
