Sobald meine Kunden in den Kernbereichen der Planung GANTTPLAN implementiert haben. Werden viele Vorteile einer solchen Planung erlebbar. Ein zurück ist dann nie Thema!

Pros

GANTTPLAN APS ist nicht einfach nur eine Applikation für Produktionsplanung. Dahinter steht das Team der DUALIS in Dresden, welches alle Aspekte einer Planungslösung sehr gut begleitet. Ich denke da an Problem Unterstützung, Schnittstellenentwicklung und Entwicklungsbereitschaft. Obwohl die DUALIS in den letzten Jahren stark gewachsen ist, erfolgt die Bearbeitung von Themen noch immer sehr schnell. In meinen Kundenprojekten kommt es nur sehr selten zu Verzögerungen durch DUALIS. Fazit: Sehr gute Planungssoftware (als Desktop und Webclient) sowie tolles Team der DUALIS.

Cons

Der Übergang von Desktop- zu Webclient hat so seine Eigenheiten. Ist aber gut beherrschbar.

Pros

Es berücksichtigt alle Einflüsse auch kurzfristig und berechnet ein neues Ergebnis vollautomatisch. Realistische Planung ist möglich. Man kann auf neue Situationen beim Personal sehr schnell reagieren.

Cons

Viel Arbeit bei der Einführung in unser Unternehmen. Stammdaten und Bewegungsdaten müssen verfügbar gemacht werden und der Plan musste auf unser Unternehmen eingestellt werden. Durch die unzähligen Möglichkeiten ist dies auch möglich und nötig.

Sehr gut. Ohne Ganttplan würde es nicht mehr funktionieren eine Übersicht über die Prozesse in der Fertigung zu haben.

Reports im Ganttplan. Der Leitstand ist übersichtlich.

Pros

Sehr übersichtlicher Leitstand. Man kann selbst entscheiden, wie der Leitstand für den Nutzer am einfachsten und übersichtlichsten ist. Die Benutzerfreundlichkeit ist nach einer kurzen Einarbeitungszeit im GANTT einfach. Die Maschinenauslastungen sind außerdem sehr gut zu sehen. Außerdem kann in verschiedenen Szenarien mehrere Möglichkeiten getestet werden, ob mehr oder weniger Personal oder eine weitere Schicht benötigt wird.

Cons

In Ganttplan Client dauerts ein wenig, bis die Reports geöffnet werden. Zum anderen dauert der Export von unserem ERP-System in GANTT auch lange.

Wir nutzten vorher ein Computerunterstütztes Steckkartensystem, jetzt haben wir eine automatische Planung. Ganttplan optimiert die Maschinenbelegung, berücksichtigt Ausfälle sofort und zeigt die Konsequenzen auf.

Pros

Alle Kapazitäten und Werkstattaufträge werden bei der automatischen Planung berücksichtigt. Es kann nicht passieren, dass etwas "übersehen" wird. Die Ergebniszusammenstellung ist übersichtlich und schnell zu lesen. Die Zusammenarbeit mit dem ERP-System funktioniert sehr gut.

Cons

Mir fällt da nichts ein. Es wird auch ständig verbessert.

Pros

Wir nutzen allen voran die automatische Planung in Ganttplan APS. Anhand vieler Parameter kann dort der Planungsalgorithmus eingestellt werden. Für uns wichtig ist, dass Ganttplan eine Engpassterminierung unterstützt und nicht nur rückwärts-terminiert. Das ist ein großer Vorteil zu einigen anderen APS.Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist die Geschwindingkeit, in der Daten vom ERP nach Ganttplan übertragen und eine automatische Planung durchgeführt werden kann (wenige Minuten bei mehr als 5.000 Fertigungsaufträgen).Die Analysemöglichkeiten sind vielfälltig (sowohl tabellarisch, als auch graphisch)

Cons

Die Menüführung ist teilweise etwas unübersichtlich. Man fühlt sich zu Beginn überladen von den vielen Informationen. Das Design ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es ist aber bereits ein Web-Client in Arbeit (und in neueren Versionen aktiv), der ein wesentlich moderneres Design hat.
