Stale leads. Customer service would not talk to me once they realized I was unhappy and refused to consider refunding me despite the fact that I used it for less than 2 days overall a terrible experience. Then state they have a no refund policy. Asked for the account to be cancelled which they did not and then billed us again the following year. Again they will site the no refund policy. It is impossible to speak with a live person as they don't have phone numbers to call. You cannot cancel online so they make you schedule a zoom meeting to do so. But then you get a "demo" agent instead of someone who can help you with your issues. **Pros:** None. There was nothing good about this company through our experience. **Cons:** Unethical billing.
