October 15, 2023 5.0 Growmatik team has been continuously improving the product but what finally made me interested to leave a review was the new about their new improved automation builder and the new AI features. I now love the way Growmatik separates the UX for automations and campaigns. The AI features even though limited to the writing assistant is still very exciting as they promise to deliver more and more AI features in the next one year. Pros Growmatik is a large product, it is not a tool but more like a platform with many marketing operation channels (You can think of it as a combination of 5-6 products). And the UX is quite capable of handling such a vast array of operation and functionality. This is also a money and time saver which is a big plus in the cluttered space of digital marketing. Cons Even though this doesn’t affect me, but I think many would like to connect the tool to their custom coded websites. At the moment you can only connect it to WordPress, WooCommerce and Shopify. Cons We've had a few hiccups along the way, and sometimes the emails were not sent and we didn't receive any notification of the sending failures; since a lot of campaigns are time-bound, these failures to send and notify created hurdles for us, so in a couple of instances we had to switch email systems at last minute.
