The information on Chatsilo's website is factually incorrect and misleading. It says it is compatible with Facebook Marketplace...it is not. They know this, yet they have not corrected their website.The implementation of the Chrome extension is clunky, but I was prepared to put up with this if it did what I needed...it doesn't. When I tried to cancel I had to request this a number of times, and then I discovered that I was still being charged. The team are responsive, but there was no acknowledgement or responsibility taken for this issue, just professional gaslighting: the "if we don't apologise, it didn't happen, and it wasn't our error" mindset is fully in place. I see this happen with increasing frequency in business, and I hate it. If you don't take responsibility for making a mistake, you don't change your practices, and you don't learn from it. This dishonesty needs to be called out.

Pros

Appearance is good. Idea is good, but the implementation is poor.

Cons

Doesn't integrate with Facebook Marketplace, despite the website clearly claiming that it does. They know this, I sought to cancel my subscription 3 months ago because of the issue, and they knew about it then...yet they have not corrected this claim on the website.

Overall experience has been good.

Pros

This software works great on so many levels. Really has made my life easier.

Cons

I was delighted to find that I can set reminders in my calendar for follow-ups. However, how is it that when you set a reminder from a specific persons category their name doesn't show up in the calendar? Don't make me copy and paste their names in the calendar. I do enough of that already. I now have a bunch of "follow-up" reminders in my calendar with no idea WHO to follow-up with.

We primarily use it to manage conversations with content partners. We've got a full production pipeline built out, and LOVE IT!

Pros

We've been able to easily pipelines of conversations for summits, content partners, hiring, sales, lead magnet distribution, and I'm sure more things down the road.

Cons

Facebook updates on a regular basis, so there are often bugs - they get fixed fairly quickly as long as someone sends in a ticket. Currently the only way to send in a ticket is to go to their main site and submit it - would love to have it built into the actual app.

So easy to use! I love to be organized and Chatsilo does that with ease!

Pros

Easy to install, easy to use, helps me save time and money, organizes my messenges so I can find groups of people easily, so easy to send mass messages to people,

Cons

The messages go out a bit slower than I would like. However, it's still 100% faster than having myself do it or paying another person. So this Con is actually a very tiny one.

Reasons for choosing Chatsilo

I was already in group leads and knew that the products and company were legitimate. Sometimes I fear using an extension not knowing if it will be corrupt or virus laden.

Pros

It's very convenient that I can create a CRM via my Facebook Account and Messenger as my target audience is primarily on Facebook.

Cons

Compared to other CRM and sales software, it is more manual than expected. Would love some more functionality in terms of customizing management and communication per person.

Switched from

Salesflare was more on Gmail and it was very convenient to use Chatsilo directly on Facebook.

It is good so far!

Pros

I like all features 1. Unlimited tags 2. Unlimited messages 3. Colour coding for tags 4. Template saving for messages is possible 5. The price is very affordable 6. it is really good for managing leads. 7. Mass messaging to tags is possible Love it!

Cons

Missing - Adding FB friends by using key words from FB groups! Missing - Ease in adding new tags

Reasons for choosing Chatsilo

Pepper was too expensive and chatsilo was more reasonable. When I earn more, will switch to pepper though.

I only used it for the free trial. I like it's capabilities. I can't believe there are no other options available. I do think it could be refined for the price

Pros

There is nothing else on the market that I can find like it, and I have spent a ton of time looking Able to tag and organize facebook messages which is huge for me as i use my personal account to manage my own business page as well as my clients

I thought it could be a little more user friendly or pleasing to the eye

Overall, I am extremely happy I know it’s a brand new product and it’s tough to keep up with all of Facebooks changes, but the value and potential of Chatsilo makes it a huge asset to my system.

Pros

Finally a way to organize my FB message box! I love the ability to auto message my new FB group members. It feels so personal and welcoming to new members. Super easy to set up and get started.

Cons

It’s glitchy. I know it’s tough to keep up with FB changes and updates. When a new group member is auto messaged, they aren’t always auto tagged and I have to go back and do it manually.
