I switched to ServiceOS the moment it was developed, as it had great features even then. The best part of using ServiceOS is that I no longer need to remember anything and I no longer need to use other platforms, programs or tools to navigate and run my business. I can send emails, texts, issue invoices, call clients, book services, optimize schedules, use maps, set up regular contracts for cleaning, customize most menus per my needs and much more!

Pros

Schedule optimization, booking process , the system is made in a way that it can logically navigate you even when you start using it. It can be customized as per one's needs. It has all necessary tools to keep a user from using other platforms or tools to assist in running a business

Cons

There are still features that need further development, but there is nothing I can think of, that I don't like.

I am using ServiceOS from the moment it was created. Surprised me with great and fast optimizations and improvements in the beginning. Now I have everything I nee for my business in one place and don't need to use multiple platforms., One business - one platform

Pros

User friendly. The system navigates you logically and you start using it right away. Great for schedule optimization. Clients communication even with the after booking process is easy to combine the efforts of multiple stakeholders.

Cons

There is nothing I don't like, but looking for new features still

Its super hyper easy to use, everything is like where it should be helping the user experience. For a person who usually struggles when it comes to technologies, this is a platform that I can easily understand and helps me greatly to run my business .

Pros

The best part about ServiceOS is the people. The team is excellent and supportive when you're trying to find your way around. The other great aspect is that almost everything is customisable to the business needs.

Cons

There's a few things on the client database and finance features that need some work to get to the same level as the service features. I know most of these are scheduled and being worked on. Even in the last couple of years that we have used ServiceOS, there have been so many integrations been built in and many more in the pipeline.

incredible, from the knowledge of the team, to the understanding of our business, to the design of the features we needed, and their understanding of how to generate upsale and cross sale, as well as app and systems integration is perfect.

Pros

The business intelligence dashboard, is being improved, as it was a little basic in the first version.

Pros

automatic booking system, customers cna book jobs while your office is closed ready for the next days work, easy software to use, has all the information that other companies don't have like use of promo codes and cashback, referral codes as well as engineer reviews.

Cons

More work is needed on the Purchase order system and bookings for 30 day term customers

The setup and customization requires a certain amount of initial training time. All other pain points have been resolved in a customer focused manner.

I’ve been using ServiceOS for four years to manage our sales funnel, call centre, and CRM. The product has consistently helped us stay organized and operate more efficiently. The team behind it is outstanding - supportive, responsive, and genuinely attentive whenever we need help.

Pros

I like that it’s built with real business needs in mind. It solves daily operational challenges we didn’t even realize could be automated, saving us a lot of time. The system reduces manual work, helps avoid mistakes, and keeps everything running smoothly.

Cons

There are no major negatives for me. Like any powerful system, it takes a bit of time to get used to, but once you do, it’s hard to imagine going back to other solutions.

Pros

The team behind the platform is truly solution-oriented. Nothing seems impossible, and the product is incredibly flexible – it can be customized in so many different ways to suit our needs.

Cons

It can feel a bit overwhelming at first, with so many buttons and options to choose from. The interface could be slightly more streamlined, but on the other hand, all those options provide a lot of flexibility. Sometimes maybe a bit too much.

We’ve been using ServiceOS for 5 months now and it is working really well for us so far. We have not yet implemented all the features that we will be using, but we don’t expect any issues in doing that, as the support from ServiceOS is very good. To be honest, it was a steep learning curve at the beginning, but we have settled into very comfortable usage of the basic system. With the able assistance of \[sensitive content hidden\] from ServiceOS, we hope to move onwards and upwards in further adapting the system to our needs. ServiceOS is very customizable with a wide range of tech solutions that support our growing business. We are very happy with the results overall.

Pros

Reporting is very good and overall customization within the system is a plus. The system could be adapted to the needs of our organization.

Cons

The system is quite complex but with help from ServiceOS support, we were able to adapt it to our needs.

After receiving a detailed presentation of a basic setup of the system, we put in place the structure of our own model with the help of a dedicated ServiceOS member. We tested the migration of our data and solved the issues found, then processed to the final migration from our old system to ServiceOS. We now continue to work everyday with ServiceOS to integrate the improvements and automatic processes that will enable us to focus on our main strength and grow to the next level. Thanks ServiceOS!

The schedule. It’s easy to access it, to make changes and amendments. The way you can manage your booking is also easy and stress free process. You can easily track your payments, invoices and reports and find the information about past bookings. Overall I am very satisfied with all the features.
