Pros The software was very easy to set up, the technical support was excellent to get it working. The users find it intuitive and easy to use. Most of the features such as the booking calendar, maintenance announcements, reporting, equipment or user set-up are well designed. I am very keen to use QR codes. Cons I have the same equipment listed several times in different Groups. I cannot add to one user two Groups with the same equipment listed in these Groups. Reasons for choosing Calira Clustermarket offers good value for money, has functions we require, is user-friendly and has a nice modern design. For example, in group A all bookings need to be approved, whereas in Group B no bookings require prior approval. If a user was in both groups, it would cause a conflict as there would be no way of knowing which rule to follow.
