I used free trial version for a while and learned a lot what should I look for in a programme

There was no so much time to compare with others. More advertisement is needed .

123worx comes with loads of features and is used by every employee at OakWood. - It keeps everyone on the same page - Avoids expensive errors as everyone has access to real time data - Saves communication time with online collaboration and communication tracking - Increases overall profitability - Very easy to hire and train new employees on 123worx, making it easy to grow the business

Pros

123worx is the only construction management software (besides the specialty software for design and takeoff) we are using for managing our projects, running the complete business side as well as collaboration between stakeholders i.e., employees, trade partners, suppliers, and clients.  - Easy to use - Allows custom configuration to fit our business processes - Sales Management (CRM) engages with the potential client from first interaction and manages it all the way to completion of construction - Switching from sales to project management only takes one click. We like that fact that we don’t have to reenter any data. All the information flows from Sales to Project. - You pick the features you need and pay only for those features - Has over three dozen features that we use for design & build, renovations, custom homes and commercial development - Integrates with our favorite software - Office 365

Cons

\- QuickBooks is not integrated with 123worx yet, although 123worx is claiming it will be integrated in the next three months - Only get to know the exact price after picking the features of interest
