Gain de temps. Très bonne adhésion de nos équipes qui apprécient la mise à disposition d’information essentiel à leurs prises de décisions.

Pros

La simplicité d’utilisation, notamment lors du lancement de la campagne de révision salariale en intégrant toute les données des salariés, la rapidité de mise en place de l’outil et le cadrage des saisies pour les managers.

Cons

L'éditeur devrait se pencher sur le problème de liaison API.

Cela nous a grandement aidé sur les campagnes de révision salariale. Plus de fichier Excel à traiter et à consolider. Gain de temps, les consultant Allshare nous ont aussi apporter leur expertise.

Pros

La grille de saisie des augmentations est très intuitive et flexible. J’apprécie également utiliser l’outil comme outil de reporting. Bonne intégration à notre SIRH

Cons

Pas de possibilité de liaison API, mais on s’en sort très bien avec l’importation des fichiers à plat.
