A minha relação com a Contabilizei inicio em 2022 com a abertura da minha empresa, abertura esta que ocorreu em pleno final de dezembro e mesmo assim levou apenas 7 dias úteis. Desde então, todas as necessidade contábeis que minha empresa teve foram resolvidas a contento e antes dos prazos indicados.

Pros

Primeiro, o fato de ser uma empresa que trabalha "na nuvem" me agradou pela inovação, isso faz com que o valor mensal seja mais baixo em comparação à outros escritórios de contabilidade. Como é um escritório basicamente virtual, talvez algumas pessoas imaginem que os serviços possam ter menos qualidade na sua execução, o que é totalmente incorreto, os serviços entregues são executados de forma correta em sua essência e posso sempre contar que todas as situações contábeis foram resolvidas dentro dos prazos (lançamentos, geração das guias, informação para a Receita, etc...)

Cons

Como é uma empresa que está na "rede", algumas pessoas podem achar que seria necessário 24h de atendimento on-line, isso não me incomoda. A Contabilizei tem um banco agregado, que não precisa ser usado, quero deixar claro, mas seu uso facilita em muito a minha vida empresarial e o meu "menos gostou" vai para esse banco, que não permite aplicações dos valores excedentes na empresa e tem seus custos bancários sem muitas vantagens, p.ex. cobra por todos os pix que faço, em outros bancos eu teria pelo menos uns tres sem custo por mês. É um banco básico que atende as exigências iniciais.

Facilidade de uso, contatos iniciais, avaliações gerais na internet e empatia com a forma de trabalho já que a minha empresa também presta serviços de forma virtual.

Em suma, tem sido uma experiência muito positiva, a plataforma é inovadora e facilita muito para os usuários, eu recomendo e indico o todos os colegas contadores.

Pros

A plataforma é muito intuitiva e todas as ferramentas estão organizadas de forma clara, o que facilita bastante na hora de realizar tarefas contábeis. Além disso, a equipe de suporte sempre foi muito prestativa e solícita em responder minhas dúvidas e resolver eventuais problemas. O Contabilizei também me impressionou pela agilidade no processamento das informações e na geração de relatórios. Tudo isso contribuiu para simplificar minha gestão financeira e tornar o processo contábil muito mais eficiente.

Cons

O Contabilizei é fácil de usar e bom para contabilidade básica, mas precisaria ter recursos adicionais, como previsão de fluxo de caixa, integração com outras ferramentas de gestão e relatórios mais completos sobre as finanças da empresa.
