Nous avons une experience positive , le supprot est present en cas de besoin . Neammoins nous avons beaucoup d'appels clients qui ne savent pas comment joindre le support (changement de carte ......)

Pros

Simplicité d'installation et d'utilisation gestion des remboursements clients fluide et intuitive, tableau de bord clairs et precis

Cons

quelques bugs sur les retour de paiement en PS6 des frais un peu trop eleves facture et gestion des frais de remboursement peu claire

Cons

Vous joindre est compliqué car vous n avez pas de hot line surtout lorsque l'on a un souci avec un client (cela nous est déjà arrivé et votre aide en ligne était vaine)

Satisfait dans son ensemble, une offre de financement plus longue serait appréciable

Pros

La solution de paiement jusqu'à 4000€ est importante compte tenu des produits que nous commercialisons, souvent des paniers pour les billards au delà de 3000 3500 4000€.

Cons

Que la solution Alma ne nous propose pas le paiement en 10x Ce serait un plus pour augmenter le volume des ventes.

E-commerçant utilisant le CMS Prestashop sur notre boutique Coco Papaya, je recommande Alma, une solution efficace pour proposer facilement le paiement fractionné. Les commissions sont un peu élevées, mais cela permet de concrétiser quelques belles ventes donc au final, on s'y retrouve.

Pros

Facilité d'installation et d'utilisation Bon impact auprès des clients pour finaliser les gros paniers Support client réactif Entreprise solidaire qui reverse une partie de ses profits à des associations caritatives

Cons

Assez cher Toutes les options de paiement ne sont pas disponibles immédiatement (payer plus tard, 4x sans frais...)

Globalement satisfait de la solution Alma, très rapide et facile à utiliser dans la plupart des cas, sauf quand le client n'a pas accès à son Smartphone ou ne maitrise pas son application bancaire. Une seconde option pour payer directement depuis notre TPE serait un gros plus!

Facilité et rapidité d'utilisation, simple et convivial

Cons

Manque un peu de clarté sur les frais pour le revendeur, et obligation de passer par le mobile et l'appli bancaire pour valider le paiement. Ca complique souvent le paiement car nous vendons des Smartphones et les gens n'ont plus accès à leur ancien téléphone quand ils changent. Une seconde option pour valider le paiement via un TPE carte bancaire serait l'idéal

Etre force de proposition pour donner des solutions de paiement et favoriser l'achat

Cons

la connexion pendant le processus d'enregistrement de la cliente est parfois très longue sur leur téléphone et les décourage ...on rate des ventes. plus le processus est rapide plus nous avons de chances de vendre

Nous sommes ravi de ALMA en tout point, mais il est trop difficile de joindre les account managers ce qui pénalise. Malgré ça ALMA est vraiment l'outil à avoir et nous recommandons à tous
