I loved the AI scoring features. It saved me a lot of time and effort which I was able to redirect to sourcing and importing candidate data

Pros

I liked how quickly I was able to start using the platform. The interface is clean, and it’s easy to organize candidates, track their progress, and keep all hiring information in one place. It saves time and makes the recruitment process much easier to follow.

Cons

It would be helpful to have more advanced reporting and greater workflow customization. It handles everyday hiring well, but larger teams may need more flexibility.

I thoroughly enjoyed using the system. The candidate flow from posting a job, receiving applications and being evaluated was very seamless. It integrates compliance requirements across counties and integrates well with other useful systems.

Pros

I liked that the system uses AI from the very beginning which is from posting the job and all the way up to evaluating an applicant. It shows how it is up to date with trends and system needs.

Cons

The Interface can use some help in being more modern and user friendly in appearance - I believe the focus here should be more on design.

Great experience. Easily manageable. If you have 100's of openings with you and you are facing difficulty to manage all of them together then 100 hires would be great solution provider.

Pros

Easy to navigate and well organised. You can easily Filter out the candidates by there Filter dropdown which makes the task very easier for the recruiter to make there reports.

Cons

Duplicity. Adding better reporting and a clear application progress tracker would enhance the recruiter productivity and overall canidate experience

Overall, it’s a dependable ATS that makes hiring easier and more organized. It’s especially well suited for small businesses or anyone looking for a straightforward recruiting solution without a steep learning curve.

Pros

The platform is easy to learn and has a clean interface. I was able to start posting jobs and managing candidates without much guidance. Having all candidate information, notes, and hiring stages in one place makes the recruitment process much more organized.

Its nice. Found it great to use in super busy schedule. Easy to find competent candidates based on the managerial discussion and feedback and evaluation done which help to fetch right candidate within a large pool of recruitment. Time saver

Pros

Found the automation is good for recruitment and staffing, candidate listing, rating, leaving message, documenting, evaluation for the next step and job posting along with AI generated and auto job post in free job sites like linkedin, indeed, Github etc portal. Its really nice to get these easy automated features in recruitment in this busy schedule and can easily be sorted out the competent candidate as per the evaluation done and on managerial discussion.

Cons

It will be good if direct mailing can be automated along with candidate profile for any sort of discussion.

Overall, 100Hires provides a structured and user-friendly recruitment workflow. It helps reduce manual tracking by keeping candidate data, communication and evaluation in one place. With further improvements in automation and scalability, the platform could become even more effective for growing recruitment needs.

Pros

I like how 100Hires centralizes the recruitment process in one platform. The candidate pipeline, profile management, communication, tasks, and evaluation features make it easier for recruiters to organize candidate information and track the hiring progress. The AI scoring feature is also helpful as it can support recruiters in identifying potential candidates faster.

Cons

The platform could be improved in terms of handling a larger hiring volume. For example, when managing around 100 hires, additional features such as more advanced filtering, bulk candidate actions, and clearer AI score explanations could help recruiters work more efficiently.

Overall, it’s a reliable ATS that covers the basics really well. I’d recommend it to beginners, small businesses, or anyone looking for a straightforward recruiting tool that’s easy to learn.

Pros

I found the platform very easy to use from the beginning. The interface is clean, candidates are simple to organize, and it’s easy to see where everyone is in the hiring process.

Cons

The reporting options could be more detailed, and I’d like a little more flexibility when customizing workflows. It has the essentials but could offer a few more advanced features.
