The extension that linked with hiring platform. The integration system must be stronger.

Cons

There some gaps in this that should be improved like customized filters, tags. For pre screening, you should add some questionnaires.

Pros

I used the ATS profusely that 100hires has come out to be the easiest and best. With good secure features, that are customizable as well easy to incorporate. Definitely has good customer support for new ones. I could write the interview comments easy for the candidates, and managers to review. 100hires as AI based scoring, which definitely is a big plus in scoring the candidate diligently.

Cons

Nothing much to write, 100hires has too good features, that I didnt find anything that write. Simply well made software

I had a good experience with the website. It is my first time to use ATS, and it is easy to use. It provides guidance on the job posts, the dashboard provides tasks in batches which makes it achievable and easy to learn. As I explored the platform, I easily learn how each tabs function.

Pros

Interface is user-friendly, with readable fonts and with guides all across the pages; definitely friendly version for those who are first time users in using ATS. The dashboard also provides step-by-step guide.

Cons

I will get back to this once I use it more often. At this point, I cannot point out what is lacking.

The main thing is how clean everything feels. You log in and immediately know where everything is. Moving candidates through stages is super easy, and I like that all notes and communication are in one place. It just makes hiring less stressful and more organized.

reporting isn’t very detailed, and you can’t really customize things as much as you might want if your process is more specific.

I did not find anything to dislike while trying 100hires. The experience was just amazing. Their customer service was also top notch.

The tool is quite sophisticated, as it combines all the necessary features a recruiter might need in the selection process. The best liked features I noticed are: 1. Pre-defined stages/questions which can make the selection process consistent for the candidates. 2. Templates that are there to reduce the manual work for the recruiter. 3. Dedicated candidate profile that has every detail combined, easy to access. 4. Intuitive interface, making it less complicated to navigate within the system 5. Ability to integrate between the systems.

Cons

I have experienced 100hires in the trial mode, therefore it is a bit hard to say what I didn't like, however I can point out some recommendations which I think will take the platform to the next stage. 1. Approval flow - before the requisitions/jobs are posted online or once the offer is created for the candidate. 2. Offer document templates - Having document templates will help recruiters to create offers within the system instead of manually filling the information about the job and the candidate in word document. 3. Integrating the tool with docusign, making it easy for the candidates and the company representative to sign the offer 4. Adding candidate tasks as templates, if the candidate is moved to the stage where they need to to the practical work, there will be predefined task templates for each position if relevant, and tasks will be sent through gmail

This ATS is very easy to use, even for someone who is using an ATS for the first time. It has all the options that a recruiter can need, and it makes the recruiting process much easier. His friendly user interface was a nice surprise because it is not as complicated as others on the market.

Cons

Everything worked perfectly fine for me, and I do not find anything to dislike. Looking forward to seeing what they will add in the integrations section.

Overall, all is good. Few things to highlights: 1) The features are customizable (in the candidate summary feature) 2) The features and designs are clear and easy to understand

Pros

The UI is easy and straightforward to use making it suitable for any hiring team to use. There are many filters user can work with especially in the settings and there are AI features as well. I did not get to explore much of the AI tools but it's good to incorporate AI features in any ATS tools

Cons

Personally, I'd like to see more details in the Job & Pools Feature (hiring manager, recruiter name to be featured next to the job title for easy viewing)

I recommend standardizing the "Job type" field to include clear employment categories such as Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Freelance, and Internship. Separating job type from work arrangement (Remote/Hybrid/On-site) would improve filtering, reporting, and candidate clarity.

Pros

The flexibility of the tool. It allows you to tailor pipeline, workflow and application template to the job posting. I also liked AI applied to Salary suggestions in the job req and in the candidate scoring.

Cons

I don't like reporting, this feature could be improved including dashboard and graphs to monitor my job postings and my team's.
