Absolute easy experience. Someone who has already worked on an ATS will find it to be cake walk. For a newbee, it won't take more than 30 mins to get hold of the whol software. The dashboard is clear and easy to understand.

Pros

Easy to use. User-friendly. The team has given a lot of thought on the process. Deep down analysis of what the process should really be like. Saves a lot of time and energy.

Cons

UI/ UX could be made a little more attractive with colours. Tasks should be able to assign to others as well.

What I liked most about 100Hires is its simplicity and ease of use. The interface is very intuitive, which makes it easy to quickly navigate between candidates, job positions, and hiring stages without needing much training. I especially appreciate the candidate pipeline feature. It gives a clear overview of where each candidate is in the process, helping me stay organized and manage multiple roles efficiently. The centralized system for storing candidate information and tracking communication also saves a lot of time and reduces manual work. Overall, it helps streamline the recruitment process in a clean and structured way, which is exactly what I need in my daily work as a recruiter.

Cons

What I liked least about 100Hires is its limited reporting and analytics capabilities. A user-friendly ATS that saves time and makes the recruitment process more structured. The reporting helps evaluate the efficiency of used platforms. The added templates save time and make the hiring process more precise, quick and structured.

Pros

The system has a lot of useful subsections that help the hiring structure, as well as an integrated AI system that can be used to shortlist and evaluate candidates, create specific experience-based interview questions and rank the candidates. This ATS has a detailed, well-structured and user-friendly interface that facilitates and eases the recruitment process. The reporting system is an essential feature that helps evaluate the effectiveness of used platforms.

Cons

I would add the tab for essential skills (for job postings and candidate applications) which would allow to minimize the ineligible application rate and streamline the application process. Also, in the "candidate" section, I would add a "new candidates" section, or make the new candidates appear on the top of the list, because right now the new candidates get lost in the main candidate tab.

Overall I'd recommend it to small and medium-sized teams looking for an intuitive, AI-supported ATS that doesn't overcomplicate the process.

Pros

I used 100hires through a free trial, so my experience is based on the demo version rather than full day-to-day use, and some features weren't explored in depth. What I did explore however left a very positive impression. The AI-assisted candidate ranking is genuinely useful, it helps cut through volume without requiring a lot of manual sorting. The job description polishing feature is also a nice touch, especially for smaller teams that don't always have a dedicated TA person crafting every post from scratch. The platform is very customizable, and makes tracking the pipelines easy and straightforward. You can shape each role to fit your workflow rather than adapting your process to the tool, which is a real plus. I liked how you can find a tons of helpful articles with FAQs right in the Customer Support portal. And for recruiters specifically, the Chrome extension is a solid addition. Anyone who's spent time sourcing knows how much of the work happens in the browser.

Cons

The interface could use some visual polish. ATSs are feature-heavy by nature, so the UI needs to work harder to feel inviting, like softer colors, cleaner button design, something that makes the experience feel a bit more alive.

It makes my life as a recruiter easier since it has the feature that will show your interview schedule and you dont have to go ro your calendar just to go in to the calendar to get in to the meeting, also for candidate experience i has the feature where you can see you threads with the candidate text or email.

Pros

What i like 100hires is user friendly interface, it is easy for me to navigate the ATS and customization depends on your hiring needs.

Cons

It has an AI integration where it can make your job description better, however whenever you do it, it also has the dowside of changing the company name or such, you have to make you read things out before you post it.

I and my team are satisfied that we finally got one good ATS to put in the candidate effort from entry to selection. Easily with the AI tools too.

Pros

I used the ATS profusely that 100hires has come out to be the easiest and best. With good secure features, that are customizable as well easy to incorporate. Definitely has good customer support for new ones. I could write the interview comments easy for the candidates, and managers to review. 100hires as AI based scoring, which definitely is a big plus in scoring the candidate diligently.

Cons

Nothing much to write, 100hires has too good features, that I didnt find anything that write. Simply well made software

I think the tool is headed in the right direction, it´s simple to use and intuituive in many ways. Would like to test AI integrations.

Pros

I liked the clean interface and simple dashboard which consolidates all candidates and has a clear view of the status. It integrates automaticaly with most relevant job boards, linkedin and career pages. I likes the task feature on the menu which allows you to keep track of your pending items.

Cons

I would improve the visuals of the dashboard, with color codes for the different satus. Also, the status could be changed right there from a drop down menu, and the change itself would trigger an email or an action, miniizing the number of clicks for the recruiter. I would also add some short curts at the top of the dashboard for most common scenarios (video interviewed / assessed / in-person interviewed, etc) Aditionally, when you open the candidate view, I would prioritze the resume over the candidate´s personal information, which I would put on a secondary tab.

The main thing is how clean everything feels. You log in and immediately know where everything is. Moving candidates through stages is super easy, and I like that all notes and communication are in one place. It just makes hiring less stressful and more organized.

Cons

reporting isn’t very detailed, and you can’t really customize things as much as you might want if your process is more specific.

The UI/UX is very responsive. You can integrate all the tools that can be used for recruitment. You can also track the progress of the recruitment through the reports feature

Cons

The thing that I like least if the verification pop-up that shows everytime I click. Also the AI that automates the resume sometimes doesnt give accurate field description eg. in the Full Name

Overall, all is good. Few things to highlights: 1) The features are customizable (in the candidate summary feature) 2) The features and designs are clear and easy to understand

Pros

The UI is easy and straightforward to use making it suitable for any hiring team to use. There are many filters user can work with especially in the settings and there are AI features as well. I did not get to explore much of the AI tools but it's good to incorporate AI features in any ATS tools

Cons

Personally, I'd like to see more details in the Job & Pools Feature (hiring manager, recruiter name to be featured next to the job title for easy viewing)

I can say that it is easy to use, gives a lot of possibilities to implement AI tools, it is easy to create job ads, and to share them via multiple channels and social media. I am sure I will continue using it every day.

Pros

This ATS is very easy to use, even for someone who is using an ATS for the first time. It has all the options that a recruiter can need, and it makes the recruiting process much easier. His friendly user interface was a nice surprise because it is not as complicated as others on the market.

Cons

Everything worked perfectly fine for me, and I do not find anything to dislike. Looking forward to seeing what they will add in the integrations section.
