I really enjoy using it, it is easy to learn how it works, it would be difficult to do the work without 100Hires.

Pros

I really like that it has many functions integrated in itself: finding emails, easily adding candidates, tracking the progress with the team, moving candidates through the recruitment stages and easily adding evaluation after the interviews, reporting and many more.

Cons

At the moment I did not miss any feature

I like 100 hires because is a very intuitive platform that allows you to have your open positions and talent pools very organized and enables you to customize the recruitment stages.

Pros

The thing that I loved the most from 100 hires ATS is their LinkedIn Integration. I have used many ATSs in the past, and this is the first one with a LinkedIn integration that actually helps you to import and assess candidates in a very effective and user-friendly way.

Cons

It is missing a search-by-skill functionality

After trying out several different ATS tools, I can confidently say that this is an outstanding option for any organization that needs to manage their hiring process efficiently and effectively. This tool is intuitive and easy to navigate, making it easy for both HR professionals and hiring managers to use. You can easily create job postings, review resumes, and communicate with candidates all from one centralized location.

Pros

The tool is easy to navigate and understand, even for those who are not particularly tech-savvysaves lot of time in recruiting process.its user-friendly interface.With its powerful automation features, user-friendly interface, and advanced analytics capabilities, it is one of the best ATS tools on the market today.

Cons

So far I like all the features. This would be more good if small video guide is available for user when user/ recruiter is stuck in between.

What I liked most was that the platform also posts your job ads to a job website along with 8 different free job boards with ease.

Cons

There are quite a few keyboard short cuts which I can't remember all the time.

10/10. The features of the system is very easy to understand even without some training, you will be able to navigate the system easily.

Pros

What I like about the ATS is the way it easily organizes candidate movement or pipelining. It can also group candidates based on the job order or opening. Job Posting option is also easy to navigate,

Cons

There's none. It is an excellent ATS and would recommend.

Pros

Ease and ability to manage candidate flow in different stages; the toggle between Kanban board and Table view for candidates; easily select multiple candidates and drag/drop the selected candidates (even if selected at the bottom of the list); Chrome extension to automate sourcing & importing candidates; can batch upload candidates (up to 100), and reporting features.

Cons

NOTHING! Waiting on reporting enhancements to be rolled out!

My overall experience with 100 hires is top-notch! The quality of the service, the user-friendliness, and the individual tailored approach are points that mark 5 out of 5 on the scale for best ATS product out there!

Pros

100 hires is an amazing product that serves as a 'magic tool' for recruitment professionals! The fact that it has many integrations for sourcing/headhunting fully customizable by the user's needs is one of the things i like and find useful in my day-to-day job! Features like drag and drop, email automations, Gmail synchronization, reporting analytics by specific stages in the interview processs, and pipeline modification are features that are nowhere to be found in other ATS that i used in the past!

Cons

The product serves its promises so i have nothing to complain about really! :)

Super easy, fast software with possibilities for automation. I highly recommend it.

Pros

In general, very simple to use. Managing the talent pool and pipeline is very simple, fast and on top of that you can customize and automate the pipelines. Additionally, adding candidates in the talent pool and pipeline is super easy.

Cons

I did not find any cons that negatively affected my user experience.

Working for 1 year as Tech Recruiter in an American company I have seen that only 1 platform (100hires) substitutes at least 3 used daily, more intuitively and easily to be used.

Pros

What I liked most in 100hires is how the extension and platform replace many other extensions used by American companies in the Recruiting sector. It can save candidates' profiles (directly from LinkedIn) to the ATS without the need to export or change any information. It is also intuitive and easy to use while accompanying the candidates.Easy and faster management with all functions needed by Tech Recruiters, since importing profiles, bulk editions, the entire follow-up, and many other features.

Cons

Nothing so far. It already has many features that aren't found all in only one platform, also many new features are being implemented (some of them unique and innovative in the market).

\_ The UI and UX of the platform are up to a satisfactory level. - The chrome extension provided will reduce the amount of work taken to add candidate data manually, adding bulk candidate information is indeed the best one. - Candidate stage tracking is a lot easier to update and understand.

Cons

\- No integration with job boards like Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice etc - Dashboards of the tasks that is carried out. - Manager/Team lead collaboration (different section) to access and track the team performance and handling.

The company's support and onboarding team is excellent and very responsive, chrome feature is great and useful too.

it's not about disliking it; it's more about the next steps we're missing in the process, particularly in hiring and onboarding new employees, but that's more about HR than recruiting

100 hires was very helpful in expediting my recruitment to find the right candidates in the shortest amount of time. Saved me a lot of hours of doing everything manually. Would recommend.

Pros

Perhaps the most important aspects of using 100 Hires is it's easy to use interface and also the connection and integration with many different job boards, while keeping the non-relevant candidates to a minimum. An excellent helping hand in finding the right candidates for niche positions.

Cons

Maybe the only thing which can be improved is the color of the software to be more serious-looking. A touch of gray and black would be a great addition.

The thing I liked the most about this ATS is that you can maneuver candidate profiles easily.

Cons

Job vacancies postings can be an opportunity if it can generate a link then the applicants goes straight inside the requisition made.
