A reliable ATS for small and mid-sized teams that want to stay organized and speed up hiring. It covers the essentials well, but could be stronger in analytics, customization, and mobile usability.

Pros

The system is very intuitive and doesn’t require much training to get started. Creating job postings is simple, and candidates are easy to track through the pipeline. Automated emails and scheduling tools save a lot of time, and everything is stored in one place so there’s less chance of missing important details.

Cons

The reporting features are quite basic and don’t give much depth without exporting data. The mobile version isn’t as smooth as the desktop, and occasional glitches when updating candidate information can be frustrating. Customization options, especially for the career page, are also limited.

Cons

If you are a beginner, but this relates to any business area, it may be a bit challenging at first- however once you play around with the platform you will get the hang of it. Plus you have customer support ready to help you at any time.

Pros

The website is well organized, and it includes all the options needed to manage the process. It offers a wide variety of editions, making it an all-in-one solution.

Cons

The search bar could be placed on the left side, and the top-right menu could be moved fully to the left as well. That would free up more space and keep the layout consistent with the pattern used on other websites.

Interfaz clara y fácil de usar. Integraciones con Gmail, Google Calendar y Zoom. Publicación automática de ofertas en portales como LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, entre otros. Plantillas de correos y mensajes para ahorrar tiempo. Seguimiento visual del proceso de cada candidato en etapas. Buena atención al cliente y soporte técnico rápido.

Cons

Algunas funciones avanzadas están disponibles solo en planes pagos. Pocas opciones de personalización visual para el pipeline. No tiene app móvil dedicada (solo versión web).

Pros

100 hires is really easy to use and it was an amazing experience trying out. I highly recommend it for any new and existing businesses. You would not be disappointed.

I did not find anything to dislike while trying 100hires. The experience was just amazing. Their customer service was also top notch.

Accessibility, user friendly interface. Cross communication with other platforms like LinkedIn, Google, Microsoft.

Cons

It is missing Dark mode theme. Also. the settings are reverting to top screen when you choose lower option from the list. Not a blocking point, just room for upgrade.

Great experience and easy to use ATS. Even if you never used it before it is easy to navigate and to use.

Pros

The flexibility of the tool. It allows you to tailor pipeline, workflow and application template to the job posting. I also liked AI applied to Salary suggestions in the job req and in the candidate scoring.

Cons

I don't like reporting, this feature could be improved including dashboard and graphs to monitor my job postings and my team's.

It needs payment when you want to post jobs to job sites. It may not be user-friendly to startup recruiters.
