ShareSuite is the perfect tool for team collaboration and communication. It allows users to quickly and easily share documents, tasks and ideas with each other. The platform is easy to use and has a great level of security. Their customer service is top notch and they offer great support to their users. Overall, ShareSuite is a great platform.

Bevor wir zu sharesuite gewechselt sind, haben wir mehrere verschiedene Tools wie z.B. Excel eingesetzt. Der Wechsel ging recht unkompliziert, wir brauchten ca. 4 Wochen um das Tool vollständig zu integrieren. Jetzt haben wir alle Informationen zu einem Projekt in einem Tool sichtbar und nachvollziehbar.

Pros

Mit sharesuite können wir alle Prozesse bei uns abbilden und unterstützen. Vom Angebot zum Projektmanagement bis zur Rechnungsstellung können wir alles umsetzen. Wir hatten einen sehr guten direkten Support und auch beim Setup hat uns das Team von sharesuite unterstützt.

Cons

Derzeit fällt mir nichts ein, das Team arbeitet gut mit dem Tool.

Insgesamt ein nützliches Produkt mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Wir verwenden sharesuite als zentrale Ablage unserer projektrelevanten Dokumente bei einem großen Immobilienprojekt. Die zentrale Ablage haben den Austausch per E-Mail zwischen allen verschiedenen Unternehmen komplett überflüssig gemacht. Durch die E-Mail Benachrichtigung erhält jeder sofort eine Information über eine neue Version eines Dokumentes.

Cons

Einrichtung der Berechtigungen nicht ganz intuitiv.

Das Team von sharesuite hat mir auf der Suche nach einer cloudbasierten Lösung für unser Projektmanagement schnell und unkompliziert geholfen. In Form eines Testzugangs wurde ich auf Grund meines tiefergehenden Interesses für die Vollversion freigeschaltet und konnte mir über mehrere Wochen ein Bild machen, ob die Lösung zu uns passt. Ein Mitarbeiter begleitete mich während der Testphase und ging genau auf die Probleme ein, die wir im Unternehmen hatten. Leider kamen wir auf Grund interner Vorgaben dann nicht zusammen. Aus meiner Erfahrung heraus kann ich jedem, der ein gutes Collaboration Tool für sein Team sucht empfehlen mit sharesuite.com ins Gespräch zu gehen. Das Programm bietet wirklich alle erdenklichen Funktionen (Aufgaben, Gantt-Charts, Projekte, Tätigkeitserfassung). Wir haben festgestellt, dass das Unternehmen auch noch weitere Bausteine in Petto hat, hier lohnt sich also auch mal eine Nachfrage. Gerade für die Unternehmen die das Thema Resourcenplanung und Abrechnungen von Projekten auf der Agenda haben....

Mein Gesamteindruck: sehr gutes Tool, welches den Alltag wesentlich erleichtert. Endlich alles an einer Aufgabe und an einem Projekt. Alle relevanten Informationen, sodass direkt alles nachvollzogen werden kann. Einbinden von Informationen, Dokumenten, E-Mails, Bildern .... Auch das Einbinden des E-Mail Accounts erleichtert die Arbeit erheblich. Direktes Zuordnen zum Unternehmen, Kunden oder Projekt. - sehr schön gelöst.

Pros

Ein riesen Vorteil ist, dass es die Möglichkeit gibt, die Software sharesuite in einem TestAccount testen zu können. Während dieser Zeit steht der Support bereits zur Verfügung. Also konnten wir in Ruhe testen und bekamen alle Fragen beantwortet und die Software wurde auch online präsentiert. - vorbildlich Nachdem wir uns entschieden hatten, kamen weitere Fragen auf. Auch hier wurde zeitnahe geantwortet und es kam zu einem weiteren Online-Meeting. - ebenfalls vorbildlich Aufgrund dieser Testphase und der Unterstützung konnten wir sharesuite recht zeitnahe im Unternehmen integrieren. sharesuite erspart uns nach dem Datenimport, der sehr gut funktioniert, Zeit. Durch die Nutzung von Aufgaben und Projekte erhalten wir eine bessere Transparenz und es entfallen das Hin- und Her von E-Mails. Die Informationen können gut verknüpft werden und auch die Integration von Dokumenten ist gut gelungen.

Cons

Am wenigsten gefällt mir die IOS App. Hier ist aus meiner Sicht einigen aufzuarbeiten. Was mir weiter nicht gefällt ist, dass eingegebene Links nicht anklickbar sind und das Telefonnummern nicht anklickbar sind, sodass die CAPI der TK Anlage genutzt werden kann.

Es ist ein solides Tool, um seinen Alltag im Team effizienter zu gestalten.

Pros

Besonders gefällt mir der individuelle Support. Ich werde mit meinen Themen imm ernst genommen und das ist mir wichtig.

Cons

Die Benutzerfreundlichkeit ist noch nicht 100%. Jedoch wird hier ständig nachgebessert und es ist auch möglich Vorschläge mit einzubringen.

Nach der Einführung haben sich unsere Abläufe und wöchentlichen Meetings zum aktuellen Stand in den einzelnen Teams komplett verändert und der Einsatz hat sich bereits nach kurzer Zeit mehr als bezahlt gemacht. Fragen werden zudem ebenfalls schnell geklärt und man hat immer freundliche Ansprechpartner.

Pros

Wir verwenden primär die Aufgaben, Dokumenten und Workflows von sharesuite und sind hiermit sehr zufrieden! Aufgaben lassen sich sehr einfach an Personen oder Teams verteilen und überwachen. Die gesamte Kommunikation kann hierüber letztendlich erfolgen und bleibt für alle nachvollziehbar. Darüber hinaus ist die direkte Kombination mit einer Dateiablage, die sich auch in die Aufgaben gut integriert, toll gelöst. So können zu einer Aufgabe zum Beispiel direkt Dateien hochgeladen werden oder aber bestehende einfach aus der Dateiablage verknüpft werden. Sogar neue Versionen werden dann direkt in die Aufgabe mit integriert. Sämtliche Freigabeprozesse laufen zudem über eigene definierte Workflows ab und können hierdurch erheblich schneller als vorher bearbeitet werden.

Cons

In den Workflows gibt es leider keine Automatisierung für bestimmte Themen wie z.B. automatisch eine E-Mail zu verschicken. Leider integrieren sich diese auch noch nicht in Aufgaben.

Pros

Die gesamte Collaboration über Aufgaben und Projekte läuft bei uns über sharesuite. Hier bleibt eigentlich kein Wunsch offen. Für die Dokumente sind die Teamordner ein tolles Konzept und erleichtern den gemeinsamen Zugriff auf die Dateien. Durch die ansprechende farbliche Darstellung der Ordner in den Teamfarben sind auch die Zugriffsrechte immer direkt geklärt. Seit einigen Monaten wird zusätzlich das CRM immer weiter genutzt, welches auch eine sehr gute Hilfe bei der täglichen Arbeit darstellt.

Cons

Der Messenger in der iOS App könnte etwas besser bei den Benachrichtigungen sein.

Die alltägliche E-Mail Flut nimmt ab, da für viele To Dos direkt eine Aufgabe erstellt und Fragen dann endlich direkt für alle sichtbar dort gestellt werden können. Spart das ewige hin und her. Dies hilft uns gerade bei Aufgaben und Diskussionen mit mehreren Kollegen super - gerade wenn nicht alle im Büro sind.
