We are already in our 3rd year of usage and acid staff is always available to help. On average most of our issues deal with smaller payment processing, but usually it is solved within minutes. Best thing we like is that once you call, you will connect to their specialist within a minute to help you. Pros We liked the fact that is easy to implement and worked on. Customer service is always quickly reachable and goes extra mile to help out. We definitely love the fact that their mobile pos can take chip cards wherever we are in our garden center. After long research this was the only pos system that had the ability to handle our specific situation. We host trade shows at our location and along with out retail products we also sell beverages and food. Having the pos software that also allows our customers to check their receipts online and signup for our service makes a world of difference for us. Cons At start it can get a little complex to understand the administrative options. It took us about a week to do the correct configurations from layaways to rentals. Normal options are very easy to understand and operate on acid pos. Switched from [QuickBooks Enterprise](https://www.capterra.com/p/174984/QuickBooks-Enterprise/) Our old system was not capable of splitting inventory between stores. Also, we had issues in calculating our inventory valuations.
