Pros: Our previous PPC campaigns with another company were constantly providing 1x-2x of our budget in results. Kolbe has made changes to increase those results to 3x-4x.
Cons: The team at Ducknowl is very knowledgeable. Each person has their specialty and it really shows. Kolbe has been outstanding managing our PPC campaigns.

Pros: The team I have worked with at Ducknowl (Shannon and Alyssa) have been excellent communicators and trustworthy partners in strategy and execution. They have anticipated my needs, offered solutions and tools to increase my small team's bandwidth, and supported troubleshooting whenever it's been needed.
Cons: They cross disciplinary expertise. My account manager might not know exactly how to do something, but someone they work with does or knows the answer. They have been excellent at leveraging the wealth of knowledge and expertise that Ducknowl has across their team members.

Overall: We worked with Monday.com to outline the sprints and we used Google calendar and Zoom to coordinate remote meetings. All meetings were on time and were quick and to the point.
