Its Robust and deciphering capabilities have given us the ability to quickly and methodically parse through several 100 candidates in a matter of less man of hours than initially anticipated. Furthermore, providing us with far superior talent and skill sets than any other software we have utilized.

Pros

Ducknowl is an all-in-one absolute platform that just makes the Hiring and Recruiting process so much easier and full-proof with features like video job descriptions, proctored skill assessments, and video interviews.As a software & solutions company, the Ducknowl software helps us to mitigate “the fact from fiction” situation.It integrates with our software systems without any hesitance or alterations.It has one of the best customer support services, allowing us to make software integration and usage transparent, and convenient.

Cons

As of now, we have not encountered anything negative, and if anything comes up in the future, we will make sure to bring that up.

We worked with Monday.com to outline the sprints and we used Google calendar and Zoom to coordinate remote meetings. All meetings were on time and were quick and to the point.

Their projects were laid out on reasonable timelines and expectations were clearly communicated from the start to the end of each project. We were given weekly updates at the beginning of building our SEO which helped us understand and stay in the loop for brand consistency. Overall Ducknowl held a level of communication that is excellent, which exceeds any standards of expectations.

Pros

A 150% year-over-year increase in traffic on our website every month. A 40%-60% increase in Lead generation year-over-year every month. A 30%-50% decrease to our CPL for PPC and Organic search.

Cons

The attention to detail, communication, and engagement with our brand has far surpassed expectations.

I am very impressed with Ducknowl, it does exactly what we needed. Ducknowl team was very help in setting up our account and we were live within 5 business days.

Pros

Ducknowl is very easy to use for the team. We needed a platform that could do video interview, skill testing and also resume parsing. They have everything in one platform and the pricing is pay as you go.

Cons

They did not a live coding test, this would have helped us in some coding jobs.

Field sales reps are employed by our organization, and because of our performance criteria and sales KPIs, turnover can occasionally be high. I send prospective employees using Ducknowl seven simple questions to screen them for employment appropriateness in accordance with our hiring requirements. I'm quite grateful for this software's adaptability. Candidates that made it beyond our initial screenings have expressed their gratitude for the interview screener's respect for their time.

Pros

I enjoy how this software can access and weed out prospective employees for employment needs. It has effectively streamlined the hiring procedure at my company.

Cons

I can honestly say that using this fantastic program, which has greatly increased our hiring efficiency, has not had any negative effects on me.

We have worked closely with Ducknowl and they have been very responsive to our requests. The enhancements they have added makes it very productive and works well with our Greenhouse ATS. We have found it is very helpful in accelerating our search process. We can quickly narrow our list of candidates and simplify the process of getting our top candidates to the hiring managers.

At this point I don't have any issues. All of my enhancement requests have been addressed.

Our previous PPC campaigns with another company were constantly providing 1x-2x of our budget in results. Kolbe has made changes to increase those results to 3x-4x.

Cons

The team at Ducknowl is very knowledgeable. Each person has their specialty and it really shows. Kolbe has been outstanding managing our PPC campaigns.

The team I have worked with at Ducknowl (Shannon and Alyssa) have been excellent communicators and trustworthy partners in strategy and execution. They have anticipated my needs, offered solutions and tools to increase my small team's bandwidth, and supported troubleshooting whenever it's been needed.

Cons

They cross disciplinary expertise. My account manager might not know exactly how to do something, but someone they work with does or knows the answer. They have been excellent at leveraging the wealth of knowledge and expertise that Ducknowl has across their team members.

Overall, this has been a positive experience. The team responds quickly, values feedback, offers suggestions, and they have a great product. I'm very pleased with Ducknowl.

Pros

The video interview is my favorite feature. I also like that I can include links for video job descriptions and promos for our company. It's easy to use, easy to share candidate profiles with hiring managers, and convenient. It's great to have our job postings on our website, updated in real time. The system is user-friendly and the company is responsive to requests. They are always willing to take the time to walk you through. They're great!

Cons

I would like to see this as a full-on applicant tracking system (ATS); it's well on its way. I would make a few tweaks, such as customizing the drop down menus for candidate categories, changing/hiding the job posting date, and being able to download the candidate resume from the platform instead of email.

Reason for choosing Ducknowl

Pricepoint was the primary driver for choosing Ducknowl. The software is intuitive, user friendly, great customer service, and I'm able to do my job well using this product.

Furthermore, skill evaluations give us additional information with which to make recruiting judgments. Our hiring procedure became data-driven as a result.

One dashboard for text messaging, video screening, and skill evaluation.Simple to use UI; the simplest software to pick up Personalized instruction in which a real person speaks with you to comprehend the workflow and to share optimal procedures. For us, the price point was excellent. far more reasonably priced than others.

Cons

To be honest, there are none. Ducknowl fulfilled every requirement that we had.

As a small business owner, my time is critical. In the past I've spent countless hours sifting through resumes or interviewing candidates that would I ultimately did not hire. The video interview process alone helped to significantly reduce the number of candidates that made it to the interview process, that were unqualified.Many of my communications with candidates were automated, and the resume selection process was a breeze. I'd estimate Ducknowl saved me a full 40 hour work week of needless resume search and interviews!

Pros

The features (resume ranking, video interviews etc.) are well thought out solutions that have been haunting our business' hiring productivity for the better part of a year. Simply put, we feel more confident in our hiring decision, in less time than it has taken us to come to a decision in the past.

Cons

Honestly. This process was so much of an improvement of our previous process, its difficult to consider any cons.
