I also like that I can include links for video job descriptions and promos for our company. It's easy to use, easy to share candidate profiles with hiring managers, and convenient. It's great to have our job postings on our website, updated in real time. The system is user-friendly and the company is responsive to requests. They are always willing to take the time to walk you through. They're great! Cons I would like to see this as a full-on applicant tracking system (ATS); it's well on its way. I would make a few tweaks, such as customizing the drop down menus for candidate categories, changing/hiding the job posting date, and being able to download the candidate resume from the platform instead of email.
