\- Gain de temps - moins de perte d'informations ou de tâches qui "passent à la trappe"

Pros

\- Service client très à l'écoute et super réactif - Ajout régulier de nouvelles fonctionnalités - Prise en main plus simple que beaucoup de logiciels/App de project management - Partage des infos avec les équipes très facile - Je l'utilise pour gérer de multiples petits et moyens projets. et pour avoir une overview de tous les projets gérés par mon équipe.

Cons

\- Il manque un Gantt multi-projet (en tout cas dans la version Pro que j'utilise).

Aucun, ce logiciel a toutes les qualités cumulées et après en avoir testé plusieurs, je suis fan de celui-ci En cours d'amélioration, l'affectation de droits aux invités mais on m'a assuré que le développement est en cours donc pas de pb pour ma part

Pros

Pris en main très instinctive, moi qui aime que tout ça soit à sa place je suis servie. On peut avoir une vue globale de l'ensemble des aspects d'un projet (y compris personnel), cela facilite les échanges avec les personnes qui y participent.

Cons

Aucun problème avec l'utilisation, j'ai juste du mal à convaincre certains de mes collaborateurs à utiliser cet outils car il n'est pas encore assez connu.

Très facile d'utilisation pour des personnes qui ne sont pas des professionnels de la gestion de projet. Outil très intuitif et beaucoup de fonctionnalités sont hyper simples et rapides comme le drag and drop dans le tableau Kanban

Fonction de stats/analytics sur les projets --> fonctionnalité à venir?

J’ai testé cet outil car un client m’en avait parlé. Une fois que j’ai créé mon premier projet tout était très facile et très clair et donc j’ai choisi de continuer avec. Ensuite j’ai découvert au fur et à mesure des nouvelles fonctionnalités très pratiques comme la possibilité de préparer des réunions, de partager des comptes-rendus. Je ne peux que le recommander car il est clair, simple et pratique. De plus le service client est joignable directement avec une personne dédiée. C'est un avantage non négligeable pour moi.

Pros

Nous avons opté pour cette solution car elle permet de mieux visualiser l’organisation et l’avancement du travail avec mes co-traitants et collaborateurs. Ce qui le différencie des autres outils est la possibilité de voir l’ensemble des actions à réaliser pour tous nos projets. J’ai également synchronisé mes projets sur google agenda très facilement. C'est vraiment intéressant.

Cons

J’attends le planning global de tous les projets mais le service client m'a informé que c'était en cours de développement.

Le concept est venu remplacer de manière naturelle des plateformes que l'on utilisait par habitude et par manque d'alternative (excel par exemple). La solution s'inscrit parfaitement dans nos process de travail et nous fait réellement gagner en efficacité.

Pros

La prise en main de la solution est simple et très rapide. Son utilisation quotidienne permet d'optimiser au maximum la gestion du temps et des projets. Gros point fort : le GANTT, qui permet à toute l'équipe d'avoir une vision globale !

Cons

Je suis impatient que sorte l'application pour une utilisation plus simple quel que soit notre lieu de travail.
