"Super Intuitive - Best system if your business is not ready to shift from excel"

**Pros:** By far have gained the most traction with other areas of the business like sales, operations or marketing as they can intuitively use this embedded in excel vs a new system. Transition and understanding super quick and easy

**Cons:** Dashboarding still not intuitive enough like a PowerBI or Tableau No detailed project management tool to track progress of important FP&A projects like budgets, long term plans or rolling forecasts.

"I wish it works "

**Overall:** The customer service and account manager are very helpful and responsive throughout the course. However there are still issues with connector between Netsuite and CUBE after over 8 months from signup.  The so-called direct integration hasn't really been working.  It requires manual fix every time after I initiate an uploaded.  The team hasn't been able to troubleshoot the root cause until now.  

**Pros:** Easy setup. Excellent customer service.

**Cons:** The connector between CUBE and Netsuite is very buggy. It failed to synchronize the data after the upload everytime. It requires additional add on for any large data set.
