There is always technical guidance before and during the webinar planning.

Cons

It is very pricey, I recommend for either big companies or companies that rely heavely on webinars for their sales.

Je tiens à remercier chaleureusement l'ensemble de l'équipe, et plus particulièrement \[caché sensible contenu\], pour leur accompagnement exemplaire depuis plus d'un an. Leur soutien et leur professionnalisme ont été essentiels à notre réussite. Je souhaite également souligner que la fonction RAD est un véritable atout. C'est grâce à cette fonctionnalité que nous avons décidé de souscrire un contrat avec Webikeo. C'est ce qui a fait la différence pour nous.

Pros

\- Un accompagnement personnalisé - Des réponses rapides (en moyenne en 48h voir moins) - Une équipe qui souhaite toujours répondre à nos besoins et trouver des solutions si besoin - Une RAD de qualité

Cons

Je dirai l'obligation de créer un compte sur Webikeo pour regarder un webinaire peu peut-être généré une petite perte d'inscription et ne pas pouvoir récupérer à minima l'adresse mail des personnes inscrites mais qui n'ont pas participé au webinaire
