El principal problema no está siendo únicamente el software, sino la gestión de la implantación. Antes de aceptar la integración consultamos expresamente determinadas funcionalidades que eran importantes para nuestro centro y se nos aseguró que continuarían disponibles. Durante el proceso hemos descubierto que algunas de esas condiciones no son las que finalmente tendremos. La migración ha supuesto bloqueos prolongados de las agendas y posteriormente se han realizado nuevos bloqueos pese a haberse acordado otra fecha. Esto ha afectado a la organización diaria de varios profesionales y a la gestión de citas y pacientes. En cuanto al programa, estamos encontrando una interfaz lenta, bloqueos durante el uso, errores vinculados a la integración con Doctoralia y problemas de acceso para algunos profesionales. También hemos comprobado que determinados procesos resultan más laboriosos de lo esperado. Por ejemplo, para emitir una receta es necesario completar previamente diversos campos del paciente, lo que incrementa el tiempo administrativo de cada prescripción. El mayor punto débil de nuestra experiencia está siendo el soporte durante la migración. En una implantación que afecta a un centro sanitario completo esperábamos un acompañamiento mucho más cercano, una persona responsable del proceso y capacidad de resolución rápida ante incidencias que afectan directamente a la actividad asistencial. Aspectos positivos: Clinic Cloud dispone de numerosas funcionalidades y, sobre el papel, puede ofrecer una gestión integrada interesante. Aspectos negativos: migración poco acompañada, información contradictoria, incidencias de integración, lentitud, bloqueos y exceso de carga administrativa en determinados procesos. Actualmente hemos solicitado formalmente una solución inmediata y estamos valorando cancelar y revertir la integración si no pueden garantizarse las condiciones que se nos explicaron inicialmente. Pros Clinic Cloud ofrece numerosas funcionalidades para la gestión integral de un centro sanitario, incluyendo agenda, historia clínica, prescripción y herramientas administrativas. Precisamente la posibilidad de centralizar diferentes procesos en una única plataforma fue uno de los principales motivos por los que decidimos iniciar la migración. Cons En nuestra experiencia, el proceso de migración e implantación ha estado muy mal gestionado. Hemos recibido información contradictoria sobre funcionalidades importantes, sufrido bloqueos repetidos de las agendas, problemas de acceso de profesionales, lentitud de la plataforma y errores en la integración con Doctoralia. Lo más negativo está siendo la falta de un acompañamiento cercano y de una persona responsable que centralice y resuelva las incidencias con rapidez, lo que ha generado una importante desorganización en el funcionamiento diario del centro. La plataforma es intuitiva y fácil de usar, lo que permite a nuestro equipo enfocarse más en el cuidado de los pacientes y menos en la administración.
