Mi experiencia ha sido y es muy favorable, los primeros días iba con miedo de no saber utilizar el programa, pero debo decir que es muy fácil y tenerlo todo en el mismo facilita mucho el trabajo. Estoy contenta.

Pros

Clinic Cloud ha transformado la forma en que gestionamos nuestra clínica. La plataforma es intuitiva y fácil de usar, lo que permite a nuestro equipo enfocarse más en el cuidado de los pacientes y menos en la administración. La gestión de citas, historiales médicos y facturación es mucho más eficiente y accesible, todo en un solo lugar. Además, la capacidad de acceder a los datos desde cualquier dispositivo nos ha dado una gran flexibilidad, especialmente para las consultas remotas. El soporte al cliente también ha sido excelente, siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos con cualquier duda. En resumen, Clinic Cloud ha mejorado la productividad y la calidad de nuestro servicio, y lo recomendaría sin dudarlo a cualquier profesional de la salud.

Cons

La única cosa que puedo decir sobre ello es que me gustaría poder abrir solo un día esporádico en la agenda y que no se abran todos.

Nuestra experiencia con el programa es fantástica! En la clínica estamos súper encantados con él, ya que nos ha facilitado todo el programa.

Pros

Poder tener todo organizado, como agenda, pacientes y todo el historial, así como el tema de facturación. Tener el programa nos ha facilitado mucho el trabajo.

Cons

A día de hoy no tenemos nada que decir en contra del programa, sólo que aún no le hemos sacado todo el partido por falta de dedicación y aprendizaje por nuestra nuestra parte.

En general es un programa que me gusta mucho. Recientemente han cambiado el aspecto de la agenda y no nos gusta. Se veía mucho mejor antes.

Pros

ES INTUITIVO Y FÁCIL DE USAR. El soporte técnico atienden rápido y bien. Son muy amables y resuelven todas las dudas.

Cons

A la hora de extraer informes o falta información o la desglosa demasiado. Además que los intervalos de tiempo son cortos. Una vez realizada una cita con producción asociada a un pago no se puede modificar, ni cambiar de doctor.
