Pros

When it works - The video connection worked, not as clear or reliable as Google Meets, Teams or Zoom, but recorded and linked to the portal. So the base product worked ok.

Cons

Average platform with some good features. Unlike most SaaS products, they tie you in for a full year with no flexibility, so beware.

Implemented quickly, few bumps in user adoption (but that was/is our problem) - those that embraced it have multiple case studies for why others should adopt it.

We are impressed with Hinterview so far, we plan to continue to use it. Being able to connect virtually with our clients and candidates will help add much value to our business. I believe this will provide our clients with more value and the ability to hire more flexibly.

Pros

We are currently under a trial with Hinterview. The set up process was very seamless and we have rolled it out to a few of our recruiters who will be testing it. So far, we are using Hinterview for our Business development. Our recruiters are loving the ease of use of this software and believe it will help significantly with their BD. We will also be using this for Interview videos as well.

Cons

So far, there is nothing to report back negatively. Everything has run smoothly so far, It does take some getting used to recording the videos that we send out but other than that there are no complaints.
