"Terrible customer service & tech support"

**Overall:** I received a notice on July 7th that my renewal was due, I logged in and my account was already suspended even though the invoice wasn't due until the next day on the 8th! I emailed them and have not gotten any response at all.

**Pros:** the program is great, now that Chaos owns them though tech support and account services are the WORST!

**Cons:** same as above, now that Chaos owns them though tech support and account services are the WORST! I can't get anyone to respond to an email that's almost a month old, and their answers before were cryptic at best.
