We also really appreciate Snapforms’ commitment to continually improving the product. Their support team are amazing, the platform is easy to pick up but also flexible enough to facilitate more complex form requirements. Appreciate they are Australian-based and would recommend Snapforms to any business looking at procuring a practical, flexible and cost efficient form building platform. Pros Snapforms customer support are some of the best out there. They are frequently quick to understand my requirements and take the time to formulate practical solutions to more complex form requirements. While there is still room for improvement, it easily handles 90% of my use cases. Pros Snapforms offers great value for money compared to other form design tools. Their customer support is excellent; they take feedback seriously and consistently provide customized solutions or workarounds. Cons The UI can feel a bit clunky when building long forms. Additionally, it is quite difficult to group and organize all of your forms. While they offer a tagging feature, it currently doesn't feel intuitive enough.
