Customer and technical support is non existent. No timely response provided.

Pros

I don’t like Snapforms at all. Waiting on their technical team to map a pdf to a form.

Cons

To create a form and link to a PDF the pdf file needs to be sent to Snapforms and wait 72 hours no response. Not even acknowledgment.

Great program and regularly used in our clinic to collect information.

Pros

Happy with the free version that allows you to test out the product before purchasing. It's simple to edit the forms and tailor them to suit our needs. Patients find completing the forms easy to use too.

Cons

I don't think there is anything in my experience that we can fault.
