"Automate "

**Overall:** Staying in contract with clients and the forefront of their mind.

**Pros:** I love that this automates news letters and personalizes everything with our name and branding

**Cons:** I dont understand why the newsletter size is so limited. We can only put a tiny fraction of our newsletter list on here. I also think that its clunky for scheduling out what I want to be sent. I also wish there was a way to change it from "I wanted to send you this" to "we wanted to" since we work in a team capacity.

**Reasons for Choosing AdvisorStream:** Not aware of any other products

**Reasons for Switching to AdvisorStream:** Robly isnt automatic

"Client Communication Made Easy"

**Overall:** Having the ability to send timely market updates to my clients enhances my value-added proposition. An informed client experiences less anxiety about their investment portfolio.

**Pros:** What I like most about this software is its ease of use and reader analytics. I also like the ability to access multiple media sources in sending articles to clients.

**Cons:** The formatting of the written text is sub-optimal when you're accustomed to using Microsoft Word or other similar software. Also in the contacts section, there isn't a field to store phone numbers.

**Reasons for Switching to AdvisorStream:** IPC (my sponsoring firm) demonstrated Advisorstream to us. It looked far more comprehensive than the previous service and allowed greater personal customization.
