While some more advanced settings, such as DRM protection, require a little more technical knowledge, the interface is intuitive and the basic workflow is easy to manage. We used Wistia before and liked it, but the costs added up compared with our actual usage. Gumlet has been a better balance between quality and price. Once I got past the first setup, it has been very low stress. I upload, embed and do not need to think about it. You can access their roadmap before buying and see which features they are working on and those they are already planning for or considering to implement.
