Pros I was very impressed with the design of the platform and how easy it is to use. Everything is laid out very clearly so there is not a steep learning curve. I was able to start using it immediately. It is also lighting fast! This is the fastest video hosting I have ever come across, so I am very glad I got the highest tier. Cons There really aren't any downsides that I can think of. It has a great UI, it's super fast, and easy to use. No cons come to mind right now. Pros I needed a fast and efficient video delivery service for a clients website. Gumlet is just that, and I was able to very quickly upload a video and generate an embed link that autoplayed and preloaded with no visible controls. Cons I would have liked the player settings to be easier to find and apply. Cons Some bugs here and there, UX in the Video CMS can be improved (for example, I have to scroll a lot to see all my folders as I have many folders. There are a lot of features, more than I will probably need. When I needed support they replied quickly. It was funny as I thought I was chatting with a bot and I asked a 'bot' question, and I was surprised to get an answer from a human in less than 10 minutes. That was a good sign. Pros I was looking for a reliable video hosting solution to host some videos for a private course. I didn't find it easy at first but I spent around an hour and understood the concept of the platform and everything changed. I loved the video CMS section, it makes it clear and helpful to see your videos. Cons The UI is not very friendly and you have to spend some time to understand the philosophy of the tool.
