TIKS has helped us streamline our contractor management process, and increase the safety of the hundreds of individuals who work with us on a daily basis. They have a very supportive team, who constantly want to find ways to do better for our company

Pros

The user experience that TIKS provides is simple and efficient, for both our internal and external users. Implementation and adoption are always two big challenges when introducing a new product to a company. TIKS accompanied us through the process, and frankly, the product itself did the bulk of the work.

Cons

There are features that aren't currently available, such as extensive contractor equipment management, but this is part of the company's roadmap. The company is growing and constantly improving its products. They're extremely receptive to customer's feedback, and they always found a way to support us, either by suggesting improvement to our workflow, and implementing features that support our activities.

The team at TiKS is amazing to work with.

Pros

I have used this software in a number of organizations and each time the team has made integration into our business systems seamless. From an end user perspective it’s applications are intuitive and easy to use.

Cons

No issues at all. The team are able to customize solutions to business needs.

Tiks came in and saved the day for us. We had a different software in place that was unreliable, difficult and not user friendly. Tiks came in and customised their software for what we required, and integrated with 2 other existing systems. They also can develop enhancements for our changing business needs. The support has been wonderful and they are always excited to implement new ideas.

Pros

The system is reliable and works every time, it is so easy for the users and administrators.

More features with reporting could be helpful

Sometimes the software picks up other documents when you are searching for a particular document. but this does not happen on regular occurrence

The Software provides assurance that a Competent and Inducted contractor only attends to complete the work, that essential site information is provided to that contractor to enable them to complete the work and the assurances from the contractor that they have adequately assessed the Hazards and Risks of the job and have put in place the required mitigations measures to reduce the risks Before commencing any work on the site.

Pros

The product is easy to use, personalise to a Company's required requirements and provides the ability to gain assurance that contractor has the competency and is undertaking work safely remotely across a vast portfolio both Nationally and Internationally.

Cons

Contractors will always resist change and not want to use a Clients prescribed system therefore the issue is not the software but the strength and conviction of the client to mandate the use of the software across there entire portfolio for consistence and assurance.

TIKS was the only product that was capable of fulfilling the multiple requirements across a variety of clients portfolios and the covering the specific individual requirements for client is various inductions for Commercial, Industrial, Retail and Special Use scenarios such as Rail and Mining Camps.

The team at Chocolate Coded (TIKS) are a team of innovators who have been in the software game for a long time, and for good reason. The team is personable, professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with from the first discussion, right through to solution deployment and after sales service support is great. The team is always willing to stand by and support their product at each and every stage. The team has grown from strength to strength. Highly recommended.

Pros

What a great product! TIKS is incredibly impressive. The software and hardware solutions offered are A-grade. Excellent team who take the time to listen to what their client wants and needs before offering the right safety solution. Always looking to innovate and improve the solution to provide a best-for-customer solution, without any hidden costs or charges! The other benefit of TIKS and the team is their openness to integrate with existing systems. This point alone separates them from the majority of the software solutions offered in this space. No arrogance to force their product where its not required.

Cons

Nothing - it is the best VMS software that I have come across on the market! They have many other great options as well. :)

Once you've used it, its hard to replace simplicity and certainty.

Pros

Love how easy the product is to use, the team have been fantastic and super responsive to my queries. They were very collaborative and consulting during the entire journey. Despite changes in scope, the team were very accommodating and guided me through the appropriate decisions and workflows.

Cons

Not really much fault with the software, had a few minor debugging issues which were resolved quite quickly and was dependent on a server error
