### "Seamless End-to-End Workflow for Rental Businesses"

The PREXA team provides excellent support with fast response times and demonstrates both the willingness and capability to customize their product to meet individual customer requirements.

Pros

PREXA 365 integrated our entire workflow seamlessly, from initial customer contact and the sales process through rental asset management, including service tickets and return logistics, all the way to billing.

Cons

There is very little to dislike about PREXA 365 itself. The only limitations encountered stem from the underlying Microsoft Dynamics platform rather than from PREXA directly.

Prexa365 is exceptional. Their rental management, billing, invoicing, and reporting are top-notch and incredibly easy to use. The asset tracking feature has streamlined our operations, making it an indispensable tool for our business. Highly recommended!

Pros

Customer Service is 5 star all the way! Prexa365 is easily one of the best vendors to deal with that I've encountered in my career. All of our questions are answered promptly & with attention to detail (\[sensitive content hidden\] is the best!).

Cons

My experience with Prexa 365 has truly been positive. I'd like to see more standard accounting reports, but you can customize your data - so is this really even a con?

The Prexa team is doing a great job and is very responsive and solution oriented. I can work fully remote and we haven´t had any serious outages. Stable.

Pros

Super fast reaction time from the support team and time to bugs being fixed. Prexa gave us a unique solution to our specific rental use case which didn´t exist before. We got many on top developments designed for our processes especially for sales. We are now able to track everything from first contact, email tracking, quote, contract, reservations, logistics and even the return of the items through our refurbishment area.

Cons

That I have to click a lot on the reload button which by the way appears and disappears into different menu positions. Many fields to be populated through copy and paste and repetitive when creating accounts and contacts. Maybe there will be a nice solution in the future to pre-populate the fields and just reviewing and approving them. Could look better design-wise but is the most detailed and precise solution in the market.

PREXA 365 is easy to use and very helpful. It keeps everything organized and saves time. The support team is friendly and quick to help. Overall, it’s a great tool for managing business tasks.

Pros

I liked that PREXA 365 puts everything in one place-inventory, sales, purchases, and emails. It’s organized, easy to use, and saves time. The inventory management is great, and customer support is fast and helpful.

Cons

It takes a little time to learn, but it’s worth it. The system runs smoothly and is very helpful once set up.

Pros

I liked the flexibility that PREXA tools gave me to keep my customers and quotes organized.

Cons

I would say my least favorite thing about PREXA was a few issues with tax or trying to export a quote. At times the quote didn't appear where it was supposed to and or the tax percentage was inaccurate with the overall cost PREXA showed.

Their customer service is top notch! Prexa's ability to customize their software to a workflow that best works with our business model has helped get our business to the next level. As a 20-year rental veteran, i knew what was needed to run a successful business, and Prexa offers it all. It's a system that every rental company, big and small, can utilize as they grow.

Cons

We have not had one complaint or dislike about anything Prexa has provided.

Pros

What I like most about Prexa 365 are the people behind the application. They have always made time for me, answered my silly questions in a prompt professional manner. They have also been super patient as we navigate through the selection process and ensure that the software will work for us. The Trail Environment has been a life saver, it is so much easier to play in the sandbox, make mistakes and correct them

Cons

What I dislike the most is the customization it will take to make it work for us. On the other hand, we may be a little unique in our business transactions, so taking the time to develop and work with Prexa on the customization is so much better than buying a product off the shelf.

The software itself can be a little stressful to use sometimes. I find myself doing things out of order, and I cant figure out why I cant move on to the next step. It would be nice if there was a way to make the system "dummy proof" to where there is only one or two ways to go through the rental reservation process.

Pros

The thing I love the most, is also of the most importance to us. Customer Support. The team is always willing to help or change aspects of the software to fit our needs.

Cons

The thing I like least, is i feel like the software is too "busy". There are a lot of different things i still dont quite understand on the system. The different apps is easy to follow, but then within the apps there are the different drop downs like "rental mangement" or "sales" or "service management". I would like to see something a little more user friendly and a little more straight forward.

Reason for choosing PREXA 365

Because i knew with Prexa, i would be working with a dedicated team that knows my business. I don't want to have to call a 1-800 number to speak with someone that has no idea who i am, or what i do.

Me gusta bastante, el sistema es práctico, sencillo, está bien integrado y eso ayuda a que mi trabajo sea más fácil, aunque tiene varias funciones que no comprenda me parece útil seguir usándola

Pros

Nos simplifico bastante la gestión diaria, facturando rápido y controlando los gastos y todo está conectado, es genial

Cons

No me gusta la cotización y sus procesos son bastantes repetitivos, además de tener bastante funciones que hacen que uno se confunde
