It's a really flexible platform for integrating different applications and automating workflows without needing to build everything from scratch. The interface is fairly intuitive once you get used to it, is a great way to build custom integrations or automate parts of your workflows. Built out a simple OpenAI flow with it and it worked a treat.

\* Lots of ready made connectors \* The UI represents the flows well \* It was easy for me to get started

Cons

\* Sometimes when disconnecting steps you'd lose the state config on the component \* There can be a lot of data points available on connectors, can be a little overwhelming at first

Ease of integration to our Platform, Rich Visual Designer made it easy to model workflows, breadth of out of the box connectors to build on and excellent documentation.

Excited to see the upcoming Agentic AI workflow creation feature which is lacking in the product currently.

Appmixer is a good low-code platform that provides a lot of the ready-to-use integrations with almost all SaaS products out there. It takes a bit of time to get used to the concepts like "Integrations" and "Flow," but once you get used to them, it becomes an incredibly useful tool.

Pros

As a low-code platform, Appmixer has a wide range of product integrations available and is easy to use. It also contains some excellent AI components to easily achieve an AI agentic workflow.

Cons

Self-hosting can be difficult as there are many elements to configure. Also, the flow designer can be a bit buggy and hard for beginners. That said, support is easy to reach and will be happy to help.

Overall very good experience, both with the software itself and the people in the company we've worked with during onboarding

Pros

The no-code flow designer allows end-users to define almost any type of behaviour they want - including AI driven tasks thanks to the agent components provided my appmixer. All of the components being open source really helps when it comes time to building your own components, since there's so many useful examples Customer support is top-notch, regular communications with the team at Appmixer during our onboarding time, and they helped us lot, not only with how their software works, but how best to integrate it into our own app

Cons

The flow designer can be a bit complex for non-technical users, but this comes with massive flexibility for what the user's can build in their own flows

Kinda good using it to easily provide our customers with webhooks or apis to integrate and we can simply secure and manage access.

Pros

What I appreciate most is the ease of building integration templates for our team and the option to let customers eventually create their own workflows. This is a real win for flexibility and empowers our customers in a way we hadn’t been able to before.

Cons

I don't see anything bad generally, maybe integrating AI with predefined model may help us quickly build the solutions we want without relying heavily on backend engineers.

Appmixer allows us to quickly offer requested integrations and maintain client satisfaction. It’s improved our sales process as well, since we can handle integration demands more confidently and close deals faster.

Pros

The flexibility to expose both integration templates and the full workflow designer to customers is a huge plus. This layered approach means we can cater to different customer needs while keeping our internal resources focused on other priorities.
