### "Great for freelance work"

Overall I had some interviews while using the software but I felt like the developer weren't properly vetting the businesses that put jobs on the site.

Pros

Able to find freelance work. Plenty of jobs as virtual assistants and work from home. There are a plethora of jobs to fine.

Cons

There is no safeguards against scammers. I stopped using the software after getting scammed by a fake company.

Pros

As an Online Freelancer with clients needing advise to find individuals with specific skills to finish a job in a timely manner, this is what I usually recommend. Their extremely high standard for accepting freelancers makes the platform itself superior in providing you with highly talented and experienced professionals that gives you your money's worth

Cons

Perhaps the only thing I could complain about is getting a bad review from your clients for uncontrollable reasons makes you vulnerable to not getting hired or hire someone.
