Padlet has easily accommodated our growth with each monthly entry. We review each presentation that is added in a once-a-month meeting and provide detailed feedback for each entry. In between monthly reviews, members are able to easily provide written reviews on each others work, adding even more value to the learning experience! Pros It's user friendly, super easy, sleek and simple design that does not interfere or compete with the presentation. Cons I haven't yet found anything that I don't like about this product. The ways I can use it in classes are numerous, and its functionality and ease of use makes it a " go to " tool. Pros Padlet is perfect for the "English as a Foreign Language" classes I teach. It is especially valuable for writing where students can share their sentences anonymously and have them critiqued. Cons While I am used to it now, I would suggest an easily viewable privacy notification when creating padlets (e.g., "Your present Padlet is Secret. Click here for more information.") This would be especially valuable to teachers with privacy concerns for their classes. It would also be beneficial for teachers creating a Padlet on the go. I also like the standardization of each post and how learners can interact--sure, we can change/modify some of the options but it's not overwhelming to create and facilitate using the padlets Cons I miss the "folders". Now, they're bookmarks but I liked before that I could have folders to organize my padlets by courses (which worked best for me). Padlet provides a variety of features that enable me, as an educator, to manage my class e-materials (PDF, links, video, audio, image etc) and activities. It is easy to use, my students could join class activities and collaborate easily with a simple demo and instruction. I also like Padlet as it gives us an option to give comments, grades, and appreciation to the contents as it can build engagement among class members. We can also use Padlet for an ice-breaking session to add fun learning experiences.
