Using it for stand-by shift. Zabbix alerts, Wazuh, prtg and much more internal monitoring tools that we use.

Pros

I like the way of how ilert works and all the functions it has to offer. Also creating schedules for diffirent teams is easy to do. I would definity recommend Ilert. Its also really cheap.

Cons

I dont have any cons for ilert. The product works really well! I don't have any feedback at this moment. Keep going!

My overall experience with ilert has been very positive—it’s reliable, easy to use, and highly effective.

Pros

What I liked most about ilert is its reliable alerting system, seamless integrations with other tools, customizable escalation policies, and the intuitive, user-friendly interface that makes incident management much easier.

Cons

What I liked least about ilert is that the mobile app can occasionally lag, and some advanced settings are not very intuitive or require additional documentation to fully understand and configure efficiently.

Overall - good experience with the webservice. Some things definitely can be polished but everything is on acceptable level.

Pros

It's easy and fast to setup. It's easy to navigate around. I have all the needed integrations. And decently looking app

Cons

1\. No "live alerts" webpage (dashboard) 2. No "dark mode" (yeah, I stare at a screen 14 hours a day and prefer dark mode)

Pros

really like the easy-to-use notification system, where each user can choose their own preferred notification types.

Cons

The only limitation I’ve noticed is that ilert doesn’t yet integrate with all of the services we use. While the existing integrations work well, having broader native support would make the platform even more valuable.

I find this tool very intuitive and effective for managing standby shifts within IT teams. It offers flexibility by allowing responses directly through the app, SMS, or phone call, which makes it especially practical in real-world scenarios.

Pros

The solution offers compatibility and easy integration with a wide range of monitoring tools. Additionally, the roster setting is a valuable feature to have.

Cons

The license pricing for adding more users to the environment is relatively steep, and the process isn’t very straightforward since it requires reaching out to support. This can be inconvenient, especially as support response times are sometimes slower than expected.

In general we are happy with ilert. It really increased the quality of our systems and it was fully accepted by our team members.

Pros

It simplicity and clear concept with the separation between Alerts & incidents (we used pagerduty before and it was confusing)

Cons

The feature and price balance between the Pro and Scale plan. Some features in the pro plan we do not require but some features in the Scale plan sound very appealing but not for the price of the Scale plan.

Pros

It's a very reliable tool with many features to manage our on-call duty services. The On-Call duty timetable is the best and flexible I noticed in comparisson with competitors.

Cons

There is not that much I don't like. The only thing was, that there was an introduction of new call flows, which needs action to been taken. This should have been done automatically.

it provided reliable incident alerting, seamless integrations, and effective on-call management, making incident response faster and more organized.

Pros

What I liked most about iLert is how easy it made managing on-call schedules and how reliable the alerts were — it really helped us respond to issues quickly without missing anything important.

Cons

What I liked least about iLert is that the initial setup felt a bit tricky and took some time to get used to.

Es werden nicht alle Alarme sauber übertragen. es fehlt immer mal eine Meldung egal welche Übermittlungs Art

Fantastic, had an issue near the start with getting it to sync with a program we use but after reaching out to the support team got it fixed that same day.

Pros

It does everything it says it would and makes it all very simple and easy to give to a new hire without confusion. Keep everything in line great and works wonders for our on call rotation.

Cons

Not enough frogs, only members will understand.
