Pros

really like the easy-to-use notification system, where each user can choose their own preferred notification types.

Cons

The only limitation I’ve noticed is that ilert doesn’t yet integrate with all of the services we use. While the existing integrations work well, having broader native support would make the platform even more valuable.

Overall - good experience with the webservice. Some things definitely can be polished but everything is on acceptable level.

Pros

It's easy and fast to setup. It's easy to navigate around. I have all the needed integrations. And decently looking app

Cons

1\. No "live alerts" webpage (dashboard) 2. No "dark mode" (yeah, I stare at a screen 14 hours a day and prefer dark mode)

When we start using Ilert we based our decision on the features uptime monitoring and alerting. Exactly these features are cancelled by Ilert within the next year. So i am not very positive when i consider that within approx 2 years of our start with Ilert we need to choose another supplier and redesign our processes

Pros

It's a very reliable tool with many features to manage our on-call duty services. The On-Call duty timetable is the best and flexible I noticed in comparisson with competitors.

Cons

There is not that much I don't like. The only thing was, that there was an introduction of new call flows, which needs action to been taken. This should have been done automatically.

In general we are happy with ilert. It really increased the quality of our systems and it was fully accepted by our team members.

Pros

It simplicity and clear concept with the separation between Alerts & incidents (we used pagerduty before and it was confusing)

Cons

The feature and price balance between the Pro and Scale plan. Some features in the pro plan we do not require but some features in the Scale plan sound very appealing but not for the price of the Scale plan.

### "iLert - Powerful tool to level up your support easily"

Pros

Introducing iLert into existing Tooling around Monitoring was very easy. We needed no adaption at all, our systems could be connected to any needed system quite easily. Moreover we searched and found our On-Duty scheduling options in iLert: Easy, flexible & straight forward.

Cons

Hardly anything I could think of besides the richness of features - which was not really an issue for us as iLert provides everything we need and more.

### "Chosen as a new paging system for On Call Teams"

Overall the experience with this new system have been very positive. The support received from the team at iLert has been excellent. Very helpful and quick to respond.We were looking to replace our paging system, and have found iLert to be able to handle our requirements and provide more options for proactive monitoring being fed into On Call Teams.

Pros

Very easy to schedule different teams. Tailored towards incident management, rather than just being a generic paging system.Clear and easy app for users to view their calendar and to make short notice swaps within the team.Additional monitors that can feed into the on call team, not solely used for customer support requests. Enables proactive monitoring to be addressed in real time for non critical systems as well.

Cons

All options from the top level subscription should be available as Add On services like the Uptime Monitors.We do not need to move to the higher subscription for its core features, but would like to utilise the additional functionality. EG Status Pages

### "Perfect monitoring for our business"

Very pleased with the migration, set up for all heartbeat monitors and creation of status pages for our customers with iLert, which are critical to us delivering services and supporting customers.

Pros

A lot of our systems are hardened services which cannot be monitored through HTTP requests, therefore we rely heavily on heartbeat monitoring which works flawlessly in iLert. All of our services are set up with regular intervals to check-in, and we're notified immediately if there's ever an issue

Cons

Everything works as expected and nothing that I would class as a negative for the product - the only minor improvement I would make is to create an alert action template (as I tend to have to create the same alerts when creating a new heartbeat check), though I'm sure there's a technical reason for that - and the process is very straight forward.

Fantastic, had an issue near the start with getting it to sync with a program we use but after reaching out to the support team got it fixed that same day.

Pros

It does everything it says it would and makes it all very simple and easy to give to a new hire without confusion. Keep everything in line great and works wonders for our on call rotation.

Cons

Not enough frogs, only members will understand.

iLert is perfectly compatible with our monitoring software by just generating an API. Setting up the on call schedules is very easy and can be done in advance. The product has proven to be very stable and flexible.

There's nothing about this software we don't like. It basically has all the functionalities we need.

The surfaces or dashboard are very clean and tidy so everything is clear to use and you get want you very fast

Cons

Wie immer sind für ein mittelständisches Unternehmen wie uns die Zahlungsmethoden (nicht auf Rechnung) und die Datenschutzbestimmungen die größte Hürde. Funktional keine Beschwerden.

Pros

We wanted an easily configurable alerting system that can interface with our various systems to send us critical alerts via a telephone call and/or sms . ilert filled in this gap perfectly as it had all the desired options especially setting up a schedule for our on call roster .

Cons

I really cant pin point something we didnt like as it has all the desired features we were looking for.

Reason for choosing ilert

We didnt even look at other products as iLert had all the tick boxes and didnt even waste time evaluating something else

We use ilert to schedule our oncall support different team members within a team and also we have options to set the escalation contact if someone misses the calls from ilert. This has really made our life really easier to manage our oncall's in an effective way

Sometimes we get get calls. even when we are even the oncall person.

Pros

The platform provides the best infrastructure uptime protection for businesses with their interactive multi-team on-call schedules alongside a dependable, multi-channel voice and SMS alerting flow.

Cons

Having to create enormous, intricate routing policies for distributed, large-scale enterprise networks tends to force the user to perform large, repetitive steps manually in the user interface.

Using it for stand-by shift. Zabbix alerts, Wazuh, prtg and much more internal monitoring tools that we use.

Pros

I like the way of how ilert works and all the functions it has to offer. Also creating schedules for diffirent teams is easy to do. I would definity recommend Ilert. Its also really cheap.

Cons

I dont have any cons for ilert. The product works really well! I don't have any feedback at this moment. Keep going!
