We had a good overall impression of Drupal Wiki. Very similar to Confluence and good migration features make the change easy. The limited permission control system is the main weakness for us. It's easy to configure but on the other hand provides less possibilities for customization than Confluence.

Pros

\- Easy to use and configure and well-arranged user interface- Very similar to Confluence (no big adaptation necessary)- Migration feature for Confluence- Good search engine and navigation features

Cons

\- No permission control on page level (only on space level)- No possibility to copy page hierarchies as provied by Confluence (e.g. a template that can be copied to create a new project with all necessary pages and sub pages to have the same structure on all project pages)- Extensibility is limited (e.g. no market place)

Reasons for choosing Drupal Wiki

We didn't choose Drupal Wiki for now, mainly due to the limited capabilities of the permission control.

Deckt folgendes im Unternehmen ab:- Intranet- Wissen Datenbank- Support - Notfallplan- Datenschutzrichtlinien

Pros

Cons

Die Microsoft Office Produktintegration (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) ist umständlich.

Reasons for choosing Drupal Wiki

Cons

Bisher gibt es leider keine Mandantenfähigkeit

Reasons for choosing Drupal Wiki

Leichter Zugang (Testversion), passte sehr gut zu unseren Anforderungen, z.B. Handbücher

We have well over 100 spaces and still have an overview thanks to our classification system and software functions!”

Pros

Our core processes in particular are now excellently documented and can be viewed by all of our employees at any time. Since its introduction, every QM audit has become child's play and the internal newsletter is a gift.

Cons

There is no mobile version. The interface

Switched from

[Microsoft SharePoint](https://www.capterra.com/p/1167/SharePoint/)

[Confluence](https://www.capterra.com/p/136446/Confluence/)

Because of the high pricing of Atlassian. 27.000 EUR per year is madness. Drupal Wiki has an automatic migration tool. Which transferred our data within minutes.

Alternatives considered

[Confluence](https://www.capterra.com/p/136446/Confluence/)

[BookStack](https://www.capterra.com/p/242068/BookStack/)

Reasons for choosing Drupal Wiki

Drupal Wiki is much more affordable and customer service was great.
