Pros

It's really easy to setup and the ROI is immediate - you gather metrics on your marketing efforts so you know which ones to change or drop and which ones work well.

Cons

Nothing really. Whenever I had hard time to understand something, the docs and support team proved valuable.

Pros

The user interface is clean, modern, and user-friendly. It doesn't get in your way like other tools. My team was able to buy several phone numbers (including international ones), build complex workflows, and get everything up-and-running on the same day. We also love the way the reports function both on an individual number and campaign level — it's really intuitive and we can export everything in one click. I must also give a nod to their support staff. They answered both my questions about international phone numbers and text messaging in less than 30 minutes. In short, this is a great value for the money and I highly recommend it if you've wanted something more out of your existing call tracking tool.

Cons

It took me a bit to get my head around how their pricing works, but their support staff were most helpful and explained everything in a simple, transparent manner.
