The customer service is top notch! The PatientLink team works quickly and tirelessly to address any concerns, take care of new issues we have that come up and is proactive with new options. I cannot say enough about the customer service that we have received!

Pros

The one thing I like most about PatientLink Online is the patient is able to update Demographics or Insurances along with the increasing amount of patient forms Prior to their appointment. This has saved staff time & is much more efficient than the old days of paper forms.

Cons

I don't know that I can come up with anything I like least about PatientLink Online. The ease of use for patients and staff is top of the line.

### "Excellent Patient Link Experience"

I have always had an excellent overall experience with patient link. \[sensitive content hidden\] have been awesome to work with.

Pros

There's multiple features about this product that I like. Patient management, along with patient screening questionnaires, pre-visit health history and past medical history documentation, immunization history / status.

Cons

Additional cost when requesting additional PDF chart attachments. We need the ability to push patient reported immunization status's to the immunization records in the EHR. Ability to view chart attachment's as a PDF and not a 'TIFF' file.

We strive to offer the very best products and service in the industry. We absolutely can build our signature capture and image capture web forms to send as single page or multi-page PDF files, rather than TIFF or other image file types. If any of your forms are sending as TIFF and you prefer PDF, just send us a quick note with those details and we can make updates accordingly. Also, regarding patient reported immunization records: there are times when we may be limited by an EHR as to which specific fields we can send discrete data to. We will gladly speak to the EHR vendor in question and request access for integration to this area of the chart! In the meantime, we can always collect the immunizations, and any other type of patient reported outcome or health data, and send it as discrete data to one of the many other areas of the EHR for which we do have data integration. If you want to explore this data collection project (or any other project for that matter), please let us know. Very frustrating in the beginning. Has gotten better with time.

Pros

Transfer of patient entered information into the EMR. Ease of check in process.

Cons

Failure of patient entered information to be transferred to EMR. Often the patient will complete the lengthy check in process, only to find the information was not saved.

Pre-registrationappointment reminders via email, sms, and voice option to generate mass communication with anyone

Cons

Upload a document for mass communication; I wish there were a way to pull a report from PatientLink Dashboard.The payment feature turned off due to a slow process which caused a duplicate charge.

Reason for choosing PatientLink Online

Able to customize patient medical forms and flows into EHR without holding an encounter. PatientLink, if the physician wants to add, they usually can have developers change, update or create new add-ons. They're not limited like other vendors we worked with in the past.

Regarding your comment about pulling reports from the Dashboard, I assume you're referring specifically to the ability to pull a customized contact list from the PM. Pros

Two stand out features that set PatientLink apart from their competition:1- the ability for a patient to fill out a form electronically and the data entered by the patient can be imported into their electronic health record (EHR) as discrete data. This allows the staff to confirm the accuracy of the data imported with the patient without the staff having to manually enter the patients answers into the chart. 2-the ability to send a patient link document at point of care to the patients phone. Super helpful with a consent form that needs to be signed before the patient can be seen. From a web page the provider can select the form(s) they need the patient to fill out, email it directly to the patients personal email. The patient can easily open, sign and submit the form directly to their chart in the EHR. Patient appointment time is not delayed and the staff does not have the added task of scanning and indexing a paper consent into the patients chart.

Cons

Any changes to a custom form have to be done by PatientLink. There is a cost associated with each change and how quickly the change can be made is dependent on PatientLink's current backlog ,

I have worked with several software vendors over my career and this company by far has been the best to work with. They push the limits and make the process so easy on our end. I can't say enough good things about PatientLink.

Pros

Excellent customer service and customization capabilities. As well as amazing communication from the sales, development, and customer support team.

Cons

I honestly don't have any cons while using this product so far. Anytime we have a flaw or enhancement request they fix it or make it happen.

Patient Link has been receptive to changes and modifications as we have been using the product.

Pros

Patient link has allowed us to save time and supplies by patients submitting their medical history, demographics etc in a format that is easily applied into our electronic health records. This allows for the patient selections to be included, reducing entry errors.

Cons

Integration and use is very easy. The only change I would make is that when the patient schedules the appointment, they would receive the link via email or text at that time.

Reason for choosing PatientLink Online

PatientLink allowed for discrete data to flow into our EHR product. Not just a PDF upload.

Nothing, everything has been great. Set up was time consuming but that is to be expected when you have the level of customization that they allow.

Pros

PatientLink significantly decreases the amount of time a patient spends completing forms in the office and then subsequent manual entry of that information. Huge time saver and booster of efficient work practices. Supports patient engagement!

Cons

The analytics could be better to assist in proving how much PatientLink Online is helping save time and money.
