February 14, 2026 4.0 Flodesk has streamlined my email marketing, making it fun and much easier than other services I have used. They also offer great videos, documentation, and timely tech support, especially when I have questions that need immediate attention. This means I can spend more time on great content creation and less on execution. Pros I quickly learned the features of Flodesk and started creating email campaigns and adding signup forms to my website and social media almost immediately. They offer several templates to choose from, making this easy. I also like how fun and easy it is to create automated workflow campaigns with segmented audiences and easily read the analytics. Cons 1- More options to archive and organize workflows and email campaigns over time. 2- More features for admins to work with clients that use Flodesk. I also recommend it to all of my clients because it is so user friendly , specially if you are not tecky. Pros I have been Using Flodesk for years, it is so simple, and the emails are beautiful. ALSO, in the last few months they have been adding amazing tools and features, like checkout cart! so easy to use. Cons I would say the only thing is some connections with ADS /META but I was able to just download the PDF's and do it that way so not a big deal. I like that the pricing structure is all inclusive no matter how many subscribers I have or emails I send. It feels streamlined and the user experience is simple all the way through. Pros I love the design. My emails look stunning with very little effort. It's really easy to use and it has a "done-for-me" feel to the user interface. Cons I don't like that the templates aren't more customizable. I'd like to be able to switch the aspect ratio of the photo slots in some of them for example. Cons It doesn't offer a direct link to Zenler, so I have to use Zapier as a third-party. And, it doesn't provide a section to keep the phone numbers of my e-mail list. Segmentation tools are veryw powerful - it's easy to create segments, add to them based on behaviour and keep things up to date. Cons Some limitations in font choice and size consistency across different elements of templates. Not a huge deal but it takes a bit of practice to get things looking perfect. September 19, 2025 5.0 I transferred from MailerLite FloDesk in 2021 and never looked back. Even at that time, FD had many of the same features as ML, with nicer looking email templates. Since then, FD has regularly been improving their service and features and I could not be more pleased. I was also locked into the unlimited everything plan at 50% off, making it the absolute best value around. Pros I love the incredible pricing! The fact that you get unlimited emails and subscribers, allows you to grow your audience without having to pay a penny more. Cons That it's apparently difficult to integrate with other email subscriber collecting services, i.e. Slickstream. Besides the beautiful designs, intuitive user interface, and ease of use - the customer service is some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. They are always quick to respond, always thinking of the small business owner, and always so helpful. They're always cheering others on and finding ways to actually implement our feedback/requests. I switched over in time for the unlimited plan, it was worth it. Pros i love the view-ability. It is easy on the eyes and super functional. I found creating a work was fast with a map to see where everything went next. I love the duplicate feature for the email tab. It makes creating a new email fast. Cons I had a hard time creating a sign up link that I can just hand out like candy. I want to be able to paste in a link when and where i want.
