"Percipio - for all your learning needs"
Pros: The Percipio interface is easy to use for both searching for courses as well as uploading new courseware, using journeys, and consolidating courseware into channels. I also like the ability to create registrations for ILT courses or webinars.
Cons: There can be a few non-intuitive issues when creating new channels or journeys, but those are easily addressed by asking a few questions of the Percipio administrators.
"Percipio great tool for corporate learning"
Overall: I am a user, as well as an administrator on the platform, and it gives me peace of mind knowing that coworkers are going to be trained on the topics that are essential for them.It is great for people working in the office as well as those working from home. The completion is easy to track and report. It works well for our organisation, especially on the Risk and Compliance compulsory courses that employees need to complete.
Pros: It was easy to integrate and get users trained on the system. The reminder function works really well when sending notifications to large groups. There is a great selection of content that is versatile and easy to access.
Cons: Some of the content is outdated. It would be great if the books could be downloadable.
"Percipio"
Overall: Percipio is ok for basic learning and development but there are much better l&d sites out there
Pros: We use percipio to guide our L&D - The courses that are available are of an adequate standard but there is the option to add some of your own courses.
Cons: It can be a little difficult to use if you are adding courses on yourself to help aid learning and development and it isnt great at reporting. Also some of the courses can be skipped without watching
"Great to have both curated and custom content sit side by side"
Pros: I really like Percipio as a platform because it allows us to house both our own company-developed content as well as content we curate from the SkillSoft library (or elsewhere) in one place.
Cons: The SkillSoft training skits/role plays tend to be a bit amateurish/unbelievable, which overshadows the content. A different delivery method would be preferred for these. Conversely, the Skillsoft Leadership Insights courses, which are delivered by business professionals, are very good.
"Helps me complete all job-related training"
Overall: Excellent! It’s user-friendly and available on mobile also
Pros: User-friendly, plenty of content to explore
Cons: It should have more tech-related courses also
"Amazing to use"
Pros: Has so many features. Easy to use and navigate.
Cons: I feel that it would be great to get the certificate via email.
"percipio review"
Pros: well curated content, effective testing, easy to use and navigate
Cons: inability to download video content for future reference
"Percipio as a learning asset"
Overall: I would appreciate if there were more hi production video content, something like on Pluralsight portal.
Pros: Simplicity and multi-platform support. Diversity of topics.
Cons: It is missing advanced technical courses. Also, listed courser are out of date – for example VMware technology.
"Amazing and quality training."
Pros: Very easy too understand and videos were well made.
Cons: The amount of training I had to do. Nothing to do with your selves.
"Skillsoft replacement."
Pros: The search functionality is very easy to deal with.
Cons: Some courses are hidden within different sub titles.
