### "TPX UCX has helped us increase productivity as well as Disaster Readiness"

UCX has helps us as an organization to communicate across of divisions of the company and between our multiple locations. It has allowed us to enhance our remote workforce during these difficult times.

Pros

There is some effort to configure the UCX system but once that is done, users have a seamless integration to their phones and all other communication needs.

Cons

It is hard to find "Cons" worth mentioning at this time.

Reason for choosing UCx

I do not want to mention the other competitors by name. The top three were close in features and price. We went with TPX partly because of the integration with Webex and we had previous experience using their SD-Wan products with excellent support and up-time.

Pros

personally software is nothing special but the support and alert notification service is very good. I know what is going on with the service and if something bad, can contact support and they are good

Cons

the backup line, is based on LTE modem sometimes dies... and need to require hardware restart, can't be done remotely. hope there is a way ( maybe I don't know how to do it) to restart the backup LTE modem remotely

I picked UCx in the previous company so for this company with few candidates with demonstrations, i did not really look for some other options.

Not sure what value ad UCx brings over the competition. The latest update is sleeker but it has a ways to go.

Pros

Taking phone service online is cool but there are plenty of other options to accomplish the same task with a better experience.

Cons

Super glitchy, automatic sign in is spotty at best (constantly signed out on accident), not great with mac OS.

Negative. Price has ended up costing 2Xmy initial quote. Portal is archaic and not user friendly.

Pros

Not much. Software is cumbersome and not user friendly.

Cons

My phone system can't seem to be programmed to meet the needs of a small business like mine.

Reason for choosing UCx

Good price before I was nickel and dimed for it to become somewhat functional for my business. I trusted the 3rd party sales rep and was under the impression that I could exit my contract if I was unhappy with the service.

it's ok, not the best in customer service. our internet connection is good so no complains there.

Pros

our phones work fine and the internet is strong.

Cons

no one is able to fix our system. voicemails are still saying past employees names, unabel to rename the phones to show correct names.

The switch to Webex was painful and have to submit ticket when one staff leaves and is replaced
