CIO Used the software for: 3-5 years ### "TPX UCX has helped us increase productivity as well as Disaster Readiness" July 3, 2022 5.0 UCX has helps us as an organization to communicate across of divisions of the company and between our multiple locations. It has allowed us to enhance our remote workforce during these difficult times. Pros There is some effort to configure the UCX system but once that is done, users have a seamless integration to their phones and all other communication needs. Cons It is hard to find "Cons" worth mentioning at this time. The latest update is sleeker but it has a ways to go. Pros Taking phone service online is cool but there are plenty of other options to accomplish the same task with a better experience. Cons Super glitchy, automatic sign in is spotty at best (constantly signed out on accident), not great with mac OS. Pros our phones work fine and the internet is strong. Cons no one is able to fix our system. voicemails are still saying past employees names, unabel to rename the phones to show correct names.
