Pros Some features of dingtalk is really helpful in office administration, we used ding talk as our attendance checker, from there in each of our login in we time in and then make a picture of ourselves so this is good because its really secured for the data gathering of time keeper. Also . when we have a projects that we need to be approved and proceed to our superiors with just one click approvals are good to go, paperless. I was the go-to for online classes, homework submissions, file sharing, video conferencing, and even personal calling for free. Pros What I like the most about DingTalk are the ease of use and unlimited video upload, clear audio and video calls, attendance at work, and file sharing. Cons In more than 2 years of using DingTalk, I don't find any cons according to my workflow and work habit. Switched from [Zoom Workplace](https://www.capterra.com/p/144037/Zoom-Video-Conferencing/) When Zoom removed the personal account and deleted accounts, DingTalk was the best alternative. It provides us a list of people who are already using this app that are in our contacts list. We can easily communicate and send documents and images like any other chat application. Cons There should be an option to transform the UI with respect to language at the time of setting up the account. Some things are in English and some are in chinese. Even though Ihave allowed permission to storage, I am unable to attach any document or picture directly from the app. I have to go all the way to the gallery and select the image to be shared via Ding and select the contact and then the item is shared. too much hassle for such a simple application.
