Demora de liberação, o fato de precisar de ao menos 10 pessoas para liberar a versão para EJ, as vezes as EJ’s ainda estão se estruturando

De modo geral, a experiência é muito positiva e traz maturidade para o processo comercial. É um CRM que vai muito além do gerenciamento básico de contatos, sendo excelente para operações de vendas B2B e negociações mais complexas.

Pros

O maior diferencial é o módulo de propostas e a capacidade de automação de fluxos de trabalho. A ferramenta permite centralizar o histórico do cliente e gerar orçamentos complexos de forma muito ágil e padronizada. Além disso, o alto nível de personalização do funil de vendas e a facilidade de integração com sistemas ERP ajudam muito a manter a operação organizada.

Cons

Justamente por ser uma ferramenta muito completa e personalizável, a curva de aprendizado inicial pode ser um pouco longa para quem está começando. A interface às vezes concentra muita informação na mesma tela, o que pode sobrecarregar o usuário no início

A experiência foi, acima de tudo, transformadora para a organização dos processos. Sair de planilhas ou ferramentas isoladas para uma plataforma que integra CRM, automação de documentos e gestão de propostas trouxe uma camada de profissionalismo essencial para o dia a dia.

Pros

O que mais me impressionou no Ploomes foi a capacidade de centralizar e organizar o fluxo de vendas de forma visual e intuitiva. Para quem lida com gestão e precisa de clareza nos processos, o funil de vendas deles é um diferencial enorme. Ele não só facilita o acompanhamento de cada lead, mas também nos ajuda a manter o foco nas metas e nos OKRs da equipe. Além disso, a facilidade de gerar documentos e propostas automaticamente poupa um tempo precioso que antes era gasto com tarefas manuais, permitindo que a gente foque no que realmente importa: a estratégia e o relacionamento com o cliente

Cons

O que eu menos gostei foi a curva de aprendizado inicial. Por ser uma ferramenta muito robusta e cheia de funcionalidades, configurar tudo do zero especialmente as automações e o motor de regras (CPQ), exige um tempo de dedicação considerável. Para quem está acostumado com ferramentas mais 'plug and play', o primeiro contato pode ser um pouco intimidador.

De forma geral, minha experiência com o ploomes é muito positiva. A ferramenta trouxe mais organização e praticidade para o processo comercial, sendo muito mais intuitiva e eficiente do que planilhar para acompanhar o funil e os leads.

Pros

A praticidade da ferramenta. Para a realidade da minha EJ, ele é extremamente útil. Eu nunca me adaptei bem a planilhas, então usar um CRM online facilitou muito a organização do comercial. É muito simples adicionar informações sobre cada cliente, registrar comentários, atualizações, anexar documentos e centralizar tudo em um único lugar. Além disso, gosto muito da visualização em formato de funil, porque consigo mover os contatos entre as etapas de forma rápida e clara, o que ajuda bastante no acompanhamento das negociações.

Cons

Em alguns momentos senti falta de uma personalização maior em algumas configurações ou relatórios. Também pode levar um tempo até se adaptar completamente à ferramenta no início, principalmente pra quem nunca utilizou um CRM antes.

A ferramenta ajudou a organizar melhor o processo de vendas, centralizar as informações dos clientes e dar mais controle sobre as negociações. No começo precisei de um tempo para configurar tudo, mas depois que ajustamos ao nosso processo, ficou mais prático e produtivo no dia a dia.

Pros

Eu uso o Ploomes CRM e o que eu mais gostei foi a facilidade de usar e a organização que ele trouxe para o time. Dá para ver todas as informações dos clientes em um só lugar e acompanhar as vendas de forma simples. As automações ajudam bastante no dia a dia e economizam tempo. No geral, deixou nosso processo comercial mais prático e organizado.

Cons

Na minha experiência, o que eu menos gostei no Ploomes CRM é que a configuração inicial pode ser um pouco complexa, principalmente quando você quer personalizar bem os processos da empresa. Algumas funcionalidades mais avançadas não são tão intuitivas e exigem um tempo maior para aprender e ajustar tudo corretamente. Também acho que em alguns pontos a navegação poderia ser mais simples. Não é algo que impeça o uso, mas no começo pode dar um pouco mais de trabalho.
