Nossa experiência com o Ploomes CRM tem sido muito positiva. Antes utilizávamos métodos menos organizados e hoje conseguimos centralizar melhor as informações da empresa e acompanhar os processos com mais eficiência.

Minha experiência geral com o Ploomes CRM foi bastante positiva. É uma ferramenta bem completa para gestão de vendas, que ajuda a organizar o processo comercial de ponta a ponta. O funil é claro, as informações ficam centralizadas e isso facilita muito o acompanhamento dos clientes e oportunidades. No dia a dia, acaba trazendo mais controle e previsibilidade para as vendas. A automação também faz diferença, principalmente para reduzir tarefas repetitivas e evitar esquecimentos, como follow-ups. Além disso, os relatórios ajudam a entender melhor o desempenho e tomar decisões mais estratégicas. Por outro lado, no início pode ser um pouco desafiador configurar tudo e explorar o potencial da ferramenta, mas depois que você se adapta, o ganho de produtividade compensa. No geral, é um CRM robusto, indicado principalmente para empresas que querem estruturar melhor o processo comercial e crescer de forma mais organizada.

O que eu mais gostei no Ploomes CRM foi como ele consegue organizar todo o processo comercial de forma bem prática e visual. Primeiro, o funil de vendas é muito intuitivo. Dá pra acompanhar em que etapa cada cliente está sem se perder, o que ajuda muito a não deixar oportunidade passar. Além disso, a automação de tarefas facilita bastante o dia a dia — o sistema lembra follow-ups, atualiza informações e reduz aquele trabalho manual chato. Outro ponto forte é a personalização. Dá pra adaptar o CRM conforme o processo da empresa, o que é essencial principalmente pra negócios que trabalham com vendas mais complexas (tipo B2B ou projetos sob medida). E por fim, a integração com outros sistemas e a geração de relatórios são muito úteis. Você consegue ter uma visão clara dos resultados e tomar decisões mais rápidas e baseadas em dados. Resumindo: é um CRM que realmente ajuda a organizar, ganhar produtividade e vender melhor — sem complicar.

Cons

Sobre o que menos gostei no Ploomes CRM, alguns pontos podem incomodar dependendo do uso: Um deles é a curva de aprendizado inicial. Apesar de ser bem completo, pode levar um tempo até entender todas as funcionalidades e configurar tudo do jeito ideal — principalmente pra quem nunca usou CRM antes. Outro ponto é que algumas automações e personalizações mais avançadas exigem um certo conhecimento técnico ou mais tempo de implementação. Não é algo totalmente “plug and play” em todos os casos. Também senti que, dependendo do plano, algumas funcionalidades importantes ficam limitadas, o que pode gerar custo adicional conforme a empresa cresce. Por fim, em alguns momentos a interface pode parecer um pouco carregada, com muita informação na tela, o que pode confundir usuários mais iniciantes. Plataforma incrível, com diversas formas de personalização para cada cliente, cada mercado e a ajuda e assistência que nos deram via e-mail e WhatsApp totalmente personalizada é incrível.

Pros

Facilidade e confiabilidade da plataforma para cadastrar clientes e visualizar as etapas que eles estão do funil de vendas, deixando fácil administrar, fazer follow up e fazer relatórios.

Cons

No início senti um pouco de dificuldade de mexer na plataforma pois tem muitas funcionalidades mas amei a experiência de aprender.
