"A Complete CRM"

**Overall:** Very useful, a great CRM that has a some features that are not always within the others CRMs. I am still finding out all the possibilities.

**Pros:** The design and the very helpful features. I really liked the color and icons in genereal of the website.

**Cons:** It was a little difficult creating my account. Some bugs happened. When i was creating my acxount there was no confirmation on the screen.

"Ploomes Value Drive Software Solution"

**Pros:** Ploomes allows users to track leads, prioritize activities, and help stay organized through the software.

**Cons:** Ploomes does not offer a free trial nor premium consulting / integration services. As a result, it can be a turn off for new users who are inexperienced and need regular support for the platform's complete capabilities.
