Being asked if I need more training when I asked for a refund was a bit insulting. Pros If you want to build a target list of companies- the platform allows you to define by revenue, employee size, and most major cities etc. Cons The contact filter is cumbersome, you have to back into it by looking for companies, then finding contacts with in the platform. The biggest complaint is that the promise of direct dials is not accurate. I've been using for almost 2 weeks and I still don't have a direct dial that has worked. Some info is not correct (rings to different contact than was supposed to etc). When I complained, the response was to ask me if I needed more training. If you can't use the system out of the box, then you have a problem with the system, not the user. Reason for choosing Seamless Yes, I thought the price was better and the live demo indicated I would have access to all I need. The renew was anually with a requested 60 days advance warning if you do not want to continue. However, they don't send you a warning of the fact you're going to be renovated/invoiced. As most of the companies we don't have a calendar with alarms on renovation deadlines, they got our money for a second year without us wanting to continue. We protested and requested our funds back with no avail. Overall, a company to avod at all costs. Pros \- The sales process was clear, fast and well organized - The product interface is simple and easy to use Cons Lead acquisition results were ok for the North American market. Otherwise, quite poor. Specially in countries with different languages than English. Cons The data is not accurate. You can only do the search by page, so it is time-consuming, and even when you select only one territory in the filters, it shows contacts in another country. And you don't know whether the numbers provided are direct dials, company numbers, or mobile numbers. Super awesome bonus is all the sales training courses, scripts, etc. that they shared. Company seems very invested in seeing their customers succeed at a very high level! Pros Incredibly easy to use and generated hundreds of emails, phones in minutes versus weeks!! Also - awesome integration with LinkedIn Navigator, Google, CRM (I use Salesforce). Cons Just took me a minute to learn how to use it...but that would be the case with any solution. Cons My biggest complaint is that the extension should automatically pull up the contact when on that screen of a contact (like the ZoomInfo extension does). I am surprised Seamless does not do that since overall they are SO much better than ZoomInfo ! Cons It would be an extra time saver if Seamless.AI is able to verify if the information it pulls is accurate. We typically spend time combing the data to ensure it is correct. It is concise and usually very accurate! Cons I do not like that if an email is not verified that I cannot import the contact. It then turns to a manual task and I would much rather Seamless allow me to still import the contact and change the email rather than having to manually input information just because of an email not being verified. That is my only gripe. Perhaps an initial warning if I am importing an unverified email would suffice instead of blocking importation all together. June 21, 2021 1.0 Frustration, disappointment, anger. The sales presentation focused on Seamless's great search capability but never shows you the limitations on using the results that you find. I've been using it for 5 days and have been able to access 23 useable names. Using our older product we could gather 15,000 names in the same period of time. Pros Seamless has good search capability but you can't use what you find. Cons You can't use what you find. The software only lets you add 25 names at a time. If you do a search and find 1,000 names that don't fit what you need you've reached your daily search limit and you can't do any more searches. You never talk to a real person when you need support. It's all via chat that is only open for east coast business hours. Also - outstanding integration with LinkedIn Navigator, and CRM (I use Apollo). I was really satisfied with the customer support service after purchasing seamless.ai.
